COCONUT JELLY DUO AGAR-AGAR- ua QHAUB NOOM AGAR-AGAR noj

Today I made coconut water and coconut milk jelly, a duo of coconut jelly.
Very easy to make and to taste very fresh. My recipe is for 2/3 people.
INGREDIENTS for 2-3 people:
** For the coconut water jelly
-400g of coconut water
-85g of sugar
-1/4 tsp of salt
-1.5 cc of agar-agar powder
-2 egg yolks
** For the coconut milk jelly
-200g of coconut cream
-200g of water
-85g of sugar
-1/4 tsp of salt
-1.5 cc of agar-agar powder
