Though it looks delicious, I only like a little sauce by dipping the tortillas in sauce and filling, they get too mushy for my liking with a lot of sauce. It’s a texture thing I guess. The filling made my mouth water mmmm 😋

If he needs a good source of protein try the fairlife core power 42g shakes. They don't taste like your typical protein shakes. They're really good. I use the vanilla one for cereal milk sometimes. I went vegetarian to help with my health 2 years ago and never felt better.

Enchiladas are best made with corn tortillas! These look like a burrito and will be soggy when done, falling apart when trying to get them out of the pan!

She’s on a short road to being bedwritten and possibly worse very soon and everybody just eggs her on to keep adding butter. No disrespect but this is very unhealthy lifestyle .

They look yummmmmy ! I would use corn tortillas because I don't care for flour tortillas. Leftovers would be really good on top of some lettuce with some yogurt or sour cream. 👍
