Easy Veggie Dip Recipe

- 8 oz. cream cheese at room temp
1 cup sour cream
1 Tbsp dried parsley
1 tsp salt or to taste
1/2 tsp ground black pepper or to taste
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp dried dill
3 to 4 green onions chopped
Put everything in a bowl a mix well.
Refrigerate until ready to use.
Serve with assortment of veggies, and crackers.

Hey Sara, perfect timing! I'm planning me and my wife's 35th anniversary dinner. She was carping at me again today so I told her to go get her hair done and her hooves painted. Hehe. Now that she's gone I can concentrate. This vegetable recipe will be a great appetizer. She eats like a horse and has a face like one too. Hehe. The dessert will be chocolate covered cherries, her favorite. I'm going to leave a few cherries with the pits inside and substitute the chocolate with Ex-Lax. I'm sure she won't notice the cherry pits with her horse teeth, but the Ex-Lax will be a nice time bomb for her. Hehe. I'm praying to God that her incontinence will spoil the mood if you know what I mean. Did I mention she's built like a horse too? Hehe Hehe. All I need now is a main course. Any suggestions?
Clint Juscify I think you should serve your wife Sara’s macaroni salad & a sammich made with Sara’s bologna salad. But make sure you have at least 40 gallons of Mayo on hand. This should definitely get her “ moving “💩 . If not, nothing will… By the way, coral is the gift for 35 years. Perhaps you can get her to dive for her own without an air tank … hehe 🙃

I do a delicious veggie dip with Cream Cheese, Sourcream, and avacado oil mayo. I add dill, parsley, chives, garlic and onion powder, salt and pepper, a splash of lemon juice, and a little bit of paprika

I make a similar dip for veggie dipping. I sautee a couple garlic cloves and chop them finely.. throw those in the mix.
That sounds really good, but do you sauté the garlic until it’s light brown, or do you sauté it just to opaque? I want to try your version😋!!

I’m going to make this on Friday for a (small, outdoor) gathering this weekend instead of buying pre-made. Sometimes the ingredients in the packaged dip are so complex I can’t pronounce them without getting out my old chemistry textbooks. Homemade = better!

the kitchen gadget seems more of a headache to use vs just the spoon it doesn’t mix well plus the added time getting your product off the whisk and clean up . I’m sure the dip is tasty tho

That Tupperware mixing gadget is more of a hassle than it's worth. The seasonings are still on the sides of the bowl.
Just go to the store and get some, make life simple. All that nutsing around for a dip. Homemade is not always the way to go. Enjoy that time it would have taken you to make it doing something else.

I would add a bit of lemon juice to draw out the flavors of everything in there, but nothing beats green onions!!

Yum love homemade veggie dip
I have to add a lot more veggie into my diet. This dip is home made and it looks better than any dressing I buy. I might use it on my salads too. I love your style of cooking. I can tweak a recipe if I need to. Love the Tupperware you have too. I'm such a fan I'm so glad you showed up in suggestions.

Melanie Stewart all of Tupperware items are junk, my mother use yo have Tupperware parties when I was a kid & nothing she either bought or was gifted lasted & after awhile the rubbery plastic smelt horrible!

This Tupperware mixer doesn’t seem to mix very well, could have been done it with a wire whisk way faster or even just a cook spoon. I like Tupperware but this thing isn’t worth a lick, sorry but I won’t buy one!

It saddens me how Sara has brought herself back to the brink of potentially being very ill and hospitalised as she was five years ago. Its clear her phsyical wellbeing is on a downward trajectory, she's bloated her skin is inflamed and as for her breathing I'd rather not say. Please Sara its time to do something do anything...... but do it fast !

for Fruit I would suggest any yogurt, it is the best thing for fruit. I like to just use regular yogurt and add lime juice to it.

I would cut up fresh chives instead of green onions. Loose the Tupperware mixer and clean up the living room. I saw Betty and Jamie walking around aimlessly. They could start the clean up.
