Casting Harry Hamlin as Perseus was just pure genius. Michael Clarke Duncan was fantastic as Atlas and he is greatly missed. I like the new VA as Kratos, but T.C. Carson will always be the one true Kratos.
It's so cool seeing that even though some of these characters are only there for a short time, each voice actor made sure we would remember them regardless. I certainly still do to this day.
GOW 2 and 3 sort of meld together for me. Both are really fun. Like the combat equally in both. 2 has bett combat with blades of Athena 3 has much better sub weapons and magic. But 1 will always hold the high spot for Combos with the blades of chaos best air combos and felt more based in the air where as the rest of the games kept bringing the combat to the ground
i was surprised when i found out the guy from living single voiced kratos. i also like how the guy who played perseus in the original clash of the titans voices him in this game and in god of war 3 the guy who played hercules in the original tv show voice him in that game.
The New God of War games are good, but playing these revolutionary games on ps2 and the waiting and delivering of the final revenge on ps3 was magical. playing the new games I felt something was missing, maybe im getting old

The answer is very simple: look at all the other plays in other languages. In my language, spanish, kratos voice is young and he isnt angry while talking. I head german translation too, that dude is probably on a chair thinking in what is he gonna do when he reaches home. But english translation, made by a black guy, sounds angry, sad and everything kratos looks like in the game. Thats why i am spanish and i play the game in english WITH SUBTITLES!
I randomly watched a rerun of Living Single and googled the show just wondering what became of all the cast, when lo and behold i discover terrence is kratos voice. Learn something new everyday.
