Josiah Tyree - Clawhammer Banjo - Flint Ridge Mountain String Band - Pretty Polly

The Flint Ridge Mountain String Band was the 1st place winners in the Old Time Band category at the 2015 Uncle Dave Macon Days old time music festival in Murfreesboro, TN. This group was temorarily formed impromtu and was hastily "thrown together" by 4 people who, prior to this day, had never met, let alone played together: Trenton Caruthers - fiddle, Randy Hill - washtub bass, Josiah Tyree - banjo and Jeremy Stephens - guitar. Little Trenton (12 years old here) was the inspiration behind the group's formation. The results - magical!
