Please note I made a mistake, calamity should be last chain link so they can’t respond to it
the effect to summon calamity should be chain link 1 or it misses timing
@@kindklan8020 you’re still summoning it chain link 1, but you’re activating its effect chain link 3
In the first combo, you waste soul res by summoning rda instead of scarred because scarred is rda on field and grave. This keeps the soul res destruction protection and has red zone live.
@@johnphileobaua you summon RDA so you can have a banished card so that Dis Pater is Live

Calamity should always be the last chain link since your opponent can't respond to it and they could otherwise droplet or imperm him, king calamity will miss timing if the EFFECT THAT SUMMONED HIM wasn't chain link one, it has nothing to do with his own effect lol.

When using the first combo, chain vision as link 1 and scarred as link 2 to block the vision from getting ashed. Great video as always moha 🙂

5:20 Wrong, Calamity's synchro summon effect will only miss the timing if it was synchro summoned on chain link 2. i.e. if you chain Etude to your opponent's chain Link 1.
For this scenario, once Calamity lands, Vision should be chain link 1 and Calamity should be chain link 2, so that your opponent cannot respond. If you chain link 1 Calamity then chain link 2 Vision, your opponent will be able to chain Link 3 Infinite Impermanence or Effect Veiler to Vision, then they will just target Calamity and then Calamity will be negated.

Idk why, but Konami gave me a playset of Saga of the Dragon Emperor when i was building my deck. In combination with the quick-play spell in the resonator support (can't remember the name), you can OTK while attacking an opponent's attack OR defense position monster! I got 12,000 piercing damage earlier!!! I was blown away! 🤯
Plus, crimson gaia can flip your opponent's monsters! This combo does require Saga of the Dragon Emperor, and i don't recommend crafting just for this one play, but you can use it on any dragon, plus its effects cannot be negated that turn.
True with some additional cards the deck has good OTK potential

Nice to see void oger dragon in a sort of competitive resonator deck

You never get to start because gets ashed/ you get nibirued/ hand traps / plays which send a card back to hand
I don’t like the current meta with 12 starters and 15 hand traps in every deck
yeah it really sucks, enemys get imperm, veiler, ash with snake eyes ash and i get 2 maxx c and 2 synkron and 1 red zone gg. @@Moha-MasterDuel
There's no good synchro deck that can 1 card combo anyway . Either less than 10 starters like shs after the nerf or min. 1.5 card combo which makes you go minus if you get interrupted . (Exclude mannadium cuz I know someone who bricked 2 times with it drawing 2 meeks 2 games in a row)

I do still have wildwind in my deck but it’s never really needed for a combo, but it’s not bad when you draw it

YES!! Link climbing just feels spammy and boring sometimes.
Synchros need to consider levels and tuners. Links just let you throw almost anything into the graveyard to get them
@@popstarchamp of course as a mechanic link is better, but synchro climbing just feels more satisfying I think that’s what he meant
Yup, synchro actually requires a big brain. Link is easy to climb.

Between mathmech and this deck, which one would you choose? I have been playing mathmech and thinking of dismantling it to make this deck because I keep losing to lab ans snake eyes
Resonators isn’t a meta deck, it’s just for fun, Mathmech definitely better, but undoubtedly best deck right now is snake eyes, second is branded
Question, do you think reosonator can compete with the current meta? Seems that Snakes eyes, mannadium and SHS are still more powerful.
I don’t think resonators can compete in this meta, it’s just a fun deck to use but it’s not top tier

Lmao fair, there isn’t really a replacement because it’s a negate and an extender, so I recommend just any level 10 that you can summon
In the first combo why did you bring out rda and not scarred? I would think if you don't have to then it's best to leave soul in the gy for the protection for destruction. In supernova combo you said supernova activates banish when opponent activates an effect but it's actually a monster effect or when opponent declares attack.
I summoned RDA because I want to banish soul from grave, so that Dis Pater’s effect is live, as for supernova yeah I meant a monster effect my bad
I cant afford to get void ogre and the earthbound card that searches fiends. What would be decent replacements for them?
Ogre isn’t too important, the earthbound card that searches fiends can be replaced with small world and a small world bridge target maybe, tho not very ideal

Yes you can do the combo without it, it’s just for consistency so I highly recommend it

1. I am sorry about this question, because I don't use this deck, which cards in this deck, should I negate/banish (scarred dragon,...)? Negate soul resonator can be mistake if he has bone archfiend. 2. If I use this deck, should I craft calamity because I have heard it will be banned many times?
Ask away bro always happy to answer questions, if you only have 1 hand trap, save it for crimson resonator cuz that card summons 2 from deck
If you have 2 hand traps, use one on bone, then if they somehow still got to crimson resonator negate that as well
When u dont read after all syncro then activate Red Nova Dragon 💀

I think this becomes harder to execute while using the loaner deck as it doesn't have most of the elements that make up for his unique combos

What I do is, try the combo in solo mode first, once you do that a few times you should be able to memorize it to do in ranked
Can I ask why bring back Red Dragon Archfiend at 2:07? He doesnt really add anything to the endboard as far as I can tell and you are forced to use Soul Resonator just to not blow up your own field. Why don't just bring back Scarred if It's only about having a monster on field. With this you can at least keep the Soul live.
You bring it back specifically because you want to banish soul resonator, because now since you have a banished card, dis pater’s effect is live

First combo you had 2 synkron resonators in deck but deck list shows only 1 🤔🤔
Yeah usually when I’m going the combos I’m still messing around with my deck, the Decklist is the final version of what I believe is the best to play at the time
Resonator was a budget Deck before.😢😢😢 It only need 3 ur to run properly and those ur are boss including calamity. Now how i make it budget again?
The UR cards make it extremely consistent, if you don’t want all these just craft soul resonator and soul resonator they’re SR and increase consistency a lot

The BEST combo is crimson res + bone arch, ends on dis pater + super nova + hot abyss + gaia + zone + anything in hand
I’ve never seen this combo that’s why I didn’t include it
How competitive do you see the deck? To face Snake-Eye, Branded, Labrynth, etc. I love it but I wouldn't want to spend all the gems on something that isn't going to work. I spend now building Mannadium and I don't beat anyone haha.
Fair, it’s not competitive, just a rogue deck, can’t compete vs those meta decks, but can steal a few wins every now and then if you go first
