You can actually send the trap “Time to Stand Up” off the red lotus, which is a monster negate in the GY when you control a lvl 10+ dark dragon synchro
Personally prefer red reign but wanted to mention it

It definitely is but Jack dose have the highest winning ratio across all of yugioh with Jack having a 96 win percentage rate with the second highest yugioh win rate for the rivals is kite coming in at a %90 win rate
because most of his duels are against walking trash

Have you ever tried the labrynth resonator deck?
A Searchable trap which mentions RDA that can synchro summon on Opponents turn would be pretty good so that they can actually USE Hot Red Dragon Archfiend King Calamity ( Until its Legal atleast )
If you play Lubellion/Bystial engine you can use Etude of the Branded for just that.
Lubellion + Soul Restonator is a two card King Calamity Combo.
Just make sure Etude of the Branded is CL1 because King Calamity has a "when" effect, so it will miss timing unless it's Summon is the last thing to happen in a chain link.
Duelist Genesis can search Synchro Zone, Synchro Call and Synchro Transmission

since samsara is a synchro tuner, would you suggest sticking BW Assault Dragon in the ED?
It's an interesting time option bit getting to lvl4 and making an 8 as well can be awkward sometimes

Thats the biggest problem this deck has, lack of resilience since red rising is such a huge negate magnet
As per usual for 5D's decks, most of them rely on single monster to resolve for their deck to function.
At least Red Rising isn't once per turn

Thats why you can synchro rumble which can still get the Resonator for you or crossout
