-You can find Rusty's pawn shop from the first game,with a note on the window saying Rusty escaped...
-In the first game,Vinny stuffed a scientist into a tank/tube/vat. When you reach the submarine boss,you can find that same scientist in a cutscene & as a platform.
-When killing zombie rats in the mountains,Vinny will say "Hey,weren't you in the previous game?" which they definetly were.
I think that shadow figure in the lobby in phasmophbia is a reference to SMG 2 hell valley sky trees

The power hammer looks more like a Warhammer40k power hammer considering the size and tubing, looks like a Thunder hammer, thors hammer is far smaller and one handed and although the old timer does use that giant hammer with one hand I think it’s supposed to be two
The fact that you only mentioned the W.White reference and not the wall of references that surround it blew my mind

In the phasmophobia lobby, there's a uv flashlight on the floor behind the counter that reveals writing all over the walls, including telling you not to look in the door, the spot you need to stand in order for the sheets to rush you, and the "reason" they rush you as well

You should check the others tombs in "Just Die Already" S. Connor might be a reference to sarah Connor from Terminator and T. Anderson might be a reference to Thomas Anderson (Neo) in The Matrix

There's an Easter Egg in South Park: The Stick of Truth. Stan has the same victory animation as Cloud Strife. Also another detail from Batman Arkham Asylum. If you throw a Batarang through a window, instead of breaking completely, only the place that was hit by the Batarang will break.
The sword in the stone in grounded also looks like the knife that buck uses in Ice Age
So in Phasmophobia when you see your breath that usually means there's a ghost nearby, and the breath coming from the Hooded figures is exactly what freezing breath looks like.
In Saints Row 2022 there are 2 takedowns that is a reference to John Wick, one is where player jump tackles an enemy then shooting him/her in the head at point blank (JW 2 Museum) and another is where player hits the neck of the enemy with the gun but reloads before shooting (JW1 Club)
In phasmophobia, you can also see a ghost doing weird animations if you look into the door, to the right.

5:07 The other names on that wall seem like references to characters from other franchises too, M. Smith and T. Andersson could be references to the Matrix and S. Connor to Terminator
About the phasmophobia easter egg with ghosts and rune circle: the runes on the circle are repeated phrase "six became one".
six becomes five becomes four becomes three becomes two becomes one becomes none
It's referring to the cursed possessions. There are six of them and you can set up a match with all 6 in the same game, creating a sort of super possession.
3:13 I was getting excited because I was thinking jetforce Gemini was the reference. Due to the ant heads and green blood surrounding it. And if I remember correctly when you killed the ant species in the game only the head remains.

There’s what I could say you can call a dark souls reference in the coal bucket by the grill. The coaltana is in a smoldering piece of charcoal (Grounded)
If you turn up your brightness in Phasmophobia and look through the same door at a certain angle, there's a spooky little thing you can find.
You can also drop glowsticks besides the wall and above the door to get a better view
I don't know if its featured before previously but in overwatch 2 on the eichenhald map, whe spawning as defenders at the last checkpoint inside the castle you can go up some stairs and find a dark sound reference, you know the sword in the campfire?
When you started climbing the ladder in Rage 2 I literally sang ‘What a thrill’ a second before the character said it.
Also, this is my opinion wholly but all the ant heads on sticks reminds me of all the clone helmets on sticks at the end of The Clone Wars Season 7. Does one of the ants have a gear looking bit on their head per chance?
Pretty sure the energy Hammer is a reference to either the gravity hammer from halo or more likely the power hammer from warhammer 40k
3:14 seems to be more of a homage to Star Wars: The Clone Wars where Ahsoka put up a grave for the clone's that died after order 66 on the ship. At least that's the first thing that popped into my head when I saw it.
If so, nice to see them reference a Star Wars cartoon once in a while.
I'm more impartial for the Clone Wars Multimedia Project days though.
The cave with all the ant heads in Grounded could be a reference to the Nintendo 64 game Jet Force Gemini. That's what came to my mind first cause you collect the enemy heads, and they look just like ants. Probably not, but that was what first poped into my head.

I think the body in Rage 2 is a Dying Light reference because of the mattresses combined with the fact that they’re at the bottom of a radio tower makes me think of the fall damage mattresses

I haven't seen absolutely every Easter eggs video, and I know that Back to the Future is probably a very common easter egg, but in Forza Horizon 4, if you make the train push your car it maxes out at 88mph

Captain Eggcellent, I don't know if you've covered this easter egg yet, but in the original 'Assassins Creed' one window is shaped like Optimus Prime's truck mode from the Transformers Generation 1 cartoon series.
That Easter egg is widely known, not really worth the effort to put it into a video.
And even then, is it even a Transformers reference, or simple pareidolia?
Wait, you got the Walter white Easter egg but didn’t even check if the grave for Sarah Connor to the left had a casket full of guns? I also doubt the ant heads are a reference to the Forest, I don’t remember a large set of them in one place like that in The Forest. Not all Easter eggs reference something only a few years old after all
In L4D there is a detail (or made up) is that when survivors near a Witch in Hard Rain mission their voice sound softer than the normal call-outs they made when reloading. Another one is that when your survivors, they will moan when they are near the downed survivor.

In Mafia 2 there are the playboy magazines that are collectable, in the 2nd or 3rd chapter, you are sent to meet Derrick for a job. In the cut scene that plays when you get in his office, his bodyguard is also reading a playboy magazine.

The second easter egg in Just Die Already has another Easter egg right best to the one mentioned. The grave of S. Connor is a reference to Sarah Connor from the Terminator franchise.
The assassin in Rage 2 looks more like a modern version of Altaïr to me
As soon as I saw the ladder I literally said, "What a thrill" when the guy did. Kinda freaky but fitting for such a legendary game moment.

Did you know in halo 3 ODST during the mission NMPD HQ the sniper is fired only twice during the cut scene. Then when the mission starts there is 3 rounds missing from the gun.
It's fired three times in the cutscene, not two.

There is a ghost type in phasmophobia, called the hantu. It has a special visual during hunts. In its ghost room during a hunt, you can see the hantu's breath. It is the only ghost in the game (apart from mimic, who can mimic the hantu) who has freezing breath itself.

The ant parts are actually a part of the story, One scientist separated from the others became a little looney and started making examples of his opponents to better his sense of control over the situation. If you look around the room opposite the ant parts you will find a log and maybe some cave writing on the matter.
I suppose the assassins would be Desmond, since it's a modern setting...
You missed 1 EG in Phas and that is the 3 ppl hanging above the truck door while you're at the safehouse. I'm still trying to find stuff in this new place and already seen the 2 you showed us.

The ant heads just made me think of Formica archboldi. It's a species of ant that attacks trap jaw ants and decorates their nest with the heads of their victims.
2:56 also Goat Simulator 3 has it, you can lick the sword out of the stone, if you headbutt the guy dressed as Son Goku away, who is trying to get the sword too. Also the sword there is called Doomslayer. So it's easter egg to 3 different things

I do think this is a bit of a stretch, but the cloaked presumably ghost figures saying "Where are you? Help me" really reminds me of the Psychonauts Easter egg about the buring orphanage.

5:19 I only remember RAGE 2 these days because of their unique Dreamcast, which is a PC that is stuffed inside a customized Sports Edition shell with the game's logo on it, and thinking that it would be cool if the person who won it, took that shell and use it that shell for an actual Dreamcast. They would be having a special Dreamcast variant that is officially created by Bethesda in 2019, which would be wild to think about.

In call of duty modern warfare 2019, on the sniper mission, you can get some cool dialog depending on your actions. For example if you shoot the stray dogs, and when you shoot the watermelon on the table, someone will comment on your fruit killing skills
The long ladder does also remind me of GTA 5 and the Battle field hardline 2 cranes

I couldn’t really decide between Easter egg or detail but, in call of duty bo Cold War in end of the line mission after the mines when you go into the building you’ll see a crooked painting if you hit it it will have a picture a urn and a cigar and a revolver
Blade and sorcery nomad has a sword in the stone Easter egg in an outside part of that castle map that does a loop and also there is an item you can only get from that place but you can't put it in your inventory
I think the ant heads in grounded is possibly from the mysterious 5th kid as when you start in the game there is 5 kid slots in the case but you can only play as 4.
