Hi friends, am sharing one of my Signature recipe with u all. A very tasty flavourful and delicious mutton gravy, which is a festival time delicacy and is a very good combo with biriyani ,pulao and all types of rotis and chappathi and goes well even with aapam n dhosai too.

INGREDIENTS: Serves 5
Mutton 1 kg
Onion 3 sliced
Shallots 100 gms finely chopped
Cashew paste 1 tsp
Lavang 4
Cardamom 4
Oil 5 tsp
Jeera 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt to taste
Coriander leaves finely chopped
For Marination :
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Red chilli powder 1.5 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Jeera powder 1/2tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

I have a small suggestion which I have learnt from my grandma..We can fry the mutton fat in the tempering and add it to give the final punch..it gives a good aroma..and I have tried it and uploaded as well..pls check..and yours is also too good..it's just a suggestion..
