The house is structurally unsound and is in a far, obscure area, so it's not worth $6 million in my honest opinion. The buyer will have to spend about as much to make all the corrections and to get it habitable. Plus without a registered title, that would be another hassle. They need to go down in price. It's not worth that amount. God bless.

It is not accurate , Claudia, to suggest or even to definitively say that real estate is the best form of investment. There are too many variables in play with real estate and its appreciation: inflation in the local economy, devaluation of the local currency and the social and economic conditions such as crime, poverty indices and the efficient delivery of public services. Also , if you economic conditions are unstable and you might need short to medium term liquidity, stay away from real estate. We are here to educate, not obfuscate. I love the rapport between you and your daughters; in my estimation, you are an excellent mother.
