Oregon Trail if you mean the game with the animals, if you mean the BFG the gun used it's from Doom. Literally standing for Big Fucking Gun, you mean the 2nd one that's Duck Hunt, tactical nuke is from Call of Duty.

The Leviathan Axe was a starting game weapon. Doesn't count as a powerup. The upgrades that could be done to it, however, are fair game.

Before the game. A power up is something you get exclusively during gameplay for some kind of effect.

Okay 2 Questions:
1: The 1st Sonic one had that Spike Shell destroy the moon? How does that work? Good or Bad thing?
2: The 3rd Sonic Sonic used Golden Gun and killed himself... how is Eggman's Eggmobile immune to Golden Gun bullets? Those bullets are instant kills.
My favorite was Stardew's blacksmith Clint getting the Leviathan Axe! Hilarious!
Its the mario cart blue shell. It goes after the leader. Since death egg is the final level its in the lead
It's because his Egg Mobile's only weak to hedgehog quills like everything he builds.
Given how often Eggman’s vehicle keeps going after Sonic whacks it, a bullet is nothing.

my theory is that revives are for "unconscious" characters, otherwise, it makes absolutely zero sense thematically...despite that in many games, the characters are being carried around in coffins until revived XD what doesn't make sense though? You lose everything Aerith/Aeris has equipped if you don't remove it before letting her go

Using the SNES games as reference, as they are the only ones I have currently played. Phoenix Downs do only work on unconscious characters, as shown below, also, you may be thinking of Dragon Quest with the coffins, as I know that was in DQ2 and DQ3
