Get rid of pop, processed sugars and carbs. Try to go vegetarian for the most part and incorporate lean poultry. Get rid of breads. Just eat natural and you'll lose weight and improve your BP. Exercise too.

You wanna lose weight and see results? Start monitoring how many calories the food you eat have, and start losing more calories than you take in. You will lose weight but not from specific areas, that's what exercises are for while your monitoring your calories. Since the beginning of this month I've went from 135 pounds to 128 I only eat around 1500 calories per day though I don't eat breakfast or lunch unless I need to but for dinner it's something big, and right after dinner I do a couple bicycle sit ups and 40 diamond push ups because when you sleeping your body turns unused energy into fat and in the days I do a few push ups and sit ups too. In trying to get to the right amount of body fat percentage before I start buffing up
