The Jake Origin Story: I grew up with glasses, 5.00 diopter high myopia, and yet today have 20/20 natural eyesight. No surgery, no glasses, I figured out how myopia actually works and how to reverse it (and no, not eye exercises!) The mainstream tells you it's impossible - but the whole concept that myopia is an illness, is complete unscientific nonsense (a 100 billion dollar a year profitable nonsense, though).

my myopia has slowly improved over the years but my dream goal of going to the beach and seeing the crystal clear waters in perfect vision is still unattained. I think I need to have a complete lifestyle change for that to happen and I'm afraid I don't want to go through with it because I like doing lots of near work. Seeing the moon and stars clearly also would be cool but oh well.

@@madhavgupta2002 I have had seasons where it has returned to me but only when I completely eliminate near work from my life. That means no phones, no computers, no job, etc. Just lots and lots of nature and relaxation.

I've tried too, my myopia is 3 and 3,5 grades. But as you, I like a lot near activittes. But when I do walks, sometimes I go without contact lenses, so I can take off the glasses sometimes and relax the eyes...

Same thing with me. Im at -0.5 right now for years. And i use phone and pc because of my work. I would love to go for a lifestyle where i would travel a lot and see the sunrise and sunset every single day and watch the stars but it's a lifestyle mainly kept away from me because of the money problem. But I hope I can achieve it someday. And my left eye is so lazy do you have that problem as well?

Hello Jake, wanted to ask, I currently use -3.25D glasses (my last test revealed my power to be -3.5 LE and -3.75 RE, but my doctor suggested not going for new glasses to keep my power stable) I also have cylindrical number. But I’m very comfortable with my current number.
The question is, if I further reduce my glasses by -0.25D, do I also need to make any changes in the cylindrical power or will it remain the same?

I'm 14 years old, I did eye exercises and active focus for 3 months and my eyesight went from -2.5 to -2. I only wear glasses when reading the whiteboard in school and my glasses are-1.75. I can't really go outside because I get sunburnt very easily even with sunscreen and lots of sun protection. Do you have any tips on how I can improve my vision faster or anything that will help my vision return back to normal?

Hey Jake! Still very Grateful to u for all your hard work! I’ve been on the final diopter since last July, and now officially dont wear glasses in the daytime, have slowly gained active focus at night time, and mainly only wear glasses at the end of the day, after a long day of active focus! If you ever need music for a video, lmk :):)

Hello, I have a correction of -2.25 and I'm 16 and a half. The problem is that they'll never let me wear glasses with an under-correction of -2.00 for distance vision, but I can stop wearing my glasses for near vision, which I'm starting to do. And I'd like to know if I apply the advice below, which I'm about to quote, I could still stop my myopia at -2.25 at present. 1: use the computer instead of the telephone for 1 hour a day. 2: do active concentration by looking at an object in the distance for 20 min and 3 times a week 3:never use my glasses for near vision
And I have one last question: if I normally apply all the above advice and start wearing a -2.00 under-correction, will it really improve? Because I'm afraid it's going to get worse.

You can but I'd suggest using glasses. You'd have to be pretty close to anything to have a blur horizon.
