I was diagnosed lupus about 10 years ago...because of the inproper medications my hip bones were badly damaged.. .i got hip bones trasplantation on my both hips..and iam 25 years old woman....is there any proper medication or any proper diet is there for lupus...if you know....please suggest me

ive been having symptoms since 2014 when i was 22 and tests revealed i had abnormalities of a autoimmune condition and in 2020 i got severe bronchopneumonia where they asked for my previous medical history and i explained and showed reports and they diagnosed me with lupus,,,,ive been under treatment since but my lupus is very active and progressed :(( i had a kidney biopsy few weeks back after i showed more severe signs and im diagnosed with lupus nephritis class 4 im devastated cuz ive been suffering so much i feel like my body didnt ever get a break out of this torture. ive always loved selena so much since teen years and im so proud of this strong beautiful woman i love you selena for always encouraging me to be brave and teaching me being vulnerable is being human i love you queen ♡ i pray for all who have to go through this cruel condition.
