so for those who are asking about the strange ingridient she used They are from middle east first there is Za’atar is a blend of dried herbs like oregano ,marjoram or thyme, cumin and coriander, with seasam seeds, salt and sumac. Then there is Labneh is a soft cheese made from strained yogurt And the last one is Hallomi it is a squeaky cheese and it is Cypriot

As an Arab this is the perfect breakfast we don't put breakfast on a board like you did (which looks very cute) but we place all the plates on the table or sit on the ground and eat and I always have nostalgia when eating with my grandparents and cousins
My best friend growing up in Michigan was Lebanese. Was introduced to the Middle Eastern flavors in 1st grade. My mother taught all day so I ate lunch everyday at my friend's house. I still remember the scents from the kitchen. Kibbeh, labneh, shawarma, etc. Spices of cinnamon & z'atar...This cuisine continues to be my favorite all these years. I'm almost 70😊. Years later my friend's niece, Maureen Abood, wrote a beautiful Lebanese cookbook called Rosewater & Orange Blossoms. Centered around her family & love of cooking.Great way to learn this wonderful culture & cuisine. Anthony Bourdain also loved this book. This breakfast of haloumi, etc is so satisfying! No sugary cereals!😋

Olive oil is the healthiest oil but it's still an oil. As health benefits go, the only difference between olives ( which are on the board as well ) and olive oil is the polyphenols content which is higher a bit in oil, however, that does not justify the extra calories. Over all this is indeed not the worst traditional breakfast or whatever it is, but not the best either. It's full of extra unnecessary fats and cards from all of those naans. Also, something being organic does not mean it's healthy. A wine that's home made it's "organic" but alcohol is literally perceived as poison by the human body, so you wouldn't call poison healthy, would you?
Next time if you can write in some of those ingredients that I have never heard before that will be helpful so then we can know what to buy. Thank you.

It is Arab food, not Middle Eastern food. Arabs are not the only people in the Middle East. This food is only eaten by Arabs and especially those from Levant (Palestine, Lebanon, Syria and Jordan).
Even the zaa’tar?? And labneh ? I I didn’t know they existed in Turkey, since they’re eaten virtually only in Levantine Arab countries (as they are from there)
@@1tortillapls Labne is extremely common in Turkey. Hellim cheese was a staple for us growing up. Zahter is a bit rare I admit, but it's also pretty easy to find and I've seen it on plenty of breakfast tables.

My absolute favourite breakfast, I make this once a week, usually on the weekends and it's so fun to eat, healthy and delicious and also keeps me going until dinner. I add cold cuts, cut up steak or sausage tho instead of egg though as I don't like egg and love having some meat in my breakfast. Having this with a cup of delicious coffee is honestly amazing!
I like things to be as hot as possible so id have done the cheese last and scooted everything closer if the space bothered me. but overall id absolutely slam my face into that board. It looks so good!
My grandmother used to fry halloumi cheese for us in the mornings. Small breads are also similar to flatbread in my culture (only in larger size in our country). There are definitely olives, different kinds of cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast. There are usually boiled eggs too. I didn't know we ate such similar things. I am Turkish btw.

My absolute favourite breakfast, I make this once a week, usually on the weekends and it's so fun to eat, healthy and delicious and also keeps me going until dinner. I add cold cuts, cut up steak or sausage tho instead of egg though as I don't like egg and love having some meat in my breakfast. Having this with a cup of delicious coffee is honestly amazing!
I like things to be as hot as possible so id have done the cheese last and scooted everything closer if the space bothered me. but overall id absolutely slam my face into that board. It looks so good!

My grandmother used to fry halloumi cheese for us in the mornings. Small breads are also similar to flatbread in my culture (only in larger size in our country). There are definitely olives, different kinds of cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers for breakfast. There are usually boiled eggs too. I didn't know we ate such similar things. I am Turkish btw.
