Very good rebuild. I just bought a neglected 01 FZ1 and noticed that my forks need redone too. I'll be doing the bushings too while I'm there. I think what also is important is to inspect the fork tube for burs that can damage the new seal. Basically if I can feel anything with my fingernail (.003"+) I'll take some sand paper and polish the fork tube too.
