it gets easier after you do it the first time. just start the new thing or habit no matter how uncomfortable and just focus on doing it the first time. every single time you do it after the first time will be easier and easier and you learn how to push through discomfort. discomfort isn't bad, it leads to growth. yes! it's uncomfortable! yes!! say that to yourself. don't say, "oh no its uncomfortable." say, "oh yes! I'm pushing through the hard part and getting closer to the light at the end of the tunnel!" this life isn't Jannah - we will not always feel good and that is okay.

Unfortunately there is a mixture of ignorance of Islam and misinformation about it in Poland. And the politicians there are using these sentiments a lot. I am from Poland, moved abroad 33 years ago and accepted Islam 20 years ago. I don't feel comfortable visiting Poland anymore, especially because people seeing me with Hijab and learning I am not an Arab or some kind of a stranger react even stronger. In general when I react with Poles (e.g. I hear somebody speak polish in a store or on the bus) I usually don't disclose I am polish. Most unfortunately just can't deal with "one of them" have accepted Islam...

I was working out at a gym five days a week then COVID hit and shut everything down 🙄. I haven't been able to get back into it since. Thank you for giving me motivation. In life, I began working out at 15 yrs old, taking time off during my pregnancies as they came. (I'm "way " older than you lol). I'm no stranger to the gym. Well, here goes nothing....😊❤️✌️
