Hey Jason , i think its worth a go if you find a good repair kit thats shaped. I've done a few before where its just a big square of viynl but always ended up with a half hearted finish with a fee creases..So i was really pleased with this as it makes me look better ! ha! I need all the help i can get..ride safe buddy 👍🏻☮❤

Seats can be a pain for a DIY'r 1st for me was to recover the seat on my DT125LC back in the day, it looked bloody great, reshaped the seat on my Zephyer project bike, and recovered the XJR seat.
Seat looks spot on, is the rear can OEM ? they always look like howitzer field guns, as they are so long, with nothing to break down the profile.
Let me know what it's like to ride in comparison to an XJR, engine torque etc.
If you struggle to sort the collector box, Delkevic make some nice replacements, very well made, have one on the XJR as the OEM's tend to rot out.

its too easy to put an aftermarket can on done that on loads of bandits..and as far as comparing to the xjr theyre similar bhp and torque and grunt maybe a bit less torque on the bandit but a lot lighter so overall much the same👍🏻☮❤
and a i said i'm restoring it to as it was so no aftermarket stuff if i can get away with it. 👍🏻ride safe buddy peace and love brother 👍🏻☮❤
