    Apparently, we only use the three primary colors (blue, yellow, and red) in addition to white, which is a neutral color, but we give them four colors metaphorically so that the novice trainees can understand the matter.
    But in fact, you can create an infinite number of colors by mixing these three colors together and obtaining beautiful oil paintings
    Primary colors are the basic colors that cannot be created by mixing other colors. In art, the primary colors are red, blue, and yellow. These colors are important in oil painting because they can be mixed to create all other colors on the color wheel.
    Oil paints are a popular medium for artists because they offer a wide range of colors, are easy to blend, and have a long drying time, which allows for more flexibility in the painting process. When it comes to oil paints, there are many brands and types of paint available, each with their own unique characteristics.
    White and black are important colors in oil painting, as they are used to adjust the value and tone of other colors. White oil paint is often used to create tints, which are lighter versions of a color. For example, mixing white with blue will create a lighter blue color. White can also be used to lighten other colors without significantly changing their hue.
    Black oil paint, on the other hand, is often used to create shades, which are darker versions of a color. For example, mixing black with blue will create a darker blue color. Black can also be used to darken other colors without significantly changing their hue.
    It's important to note that not all white and black oil paints are created equal. There are many different types of white and black pigments, each with their own unique properties. For example, titanium white is a popular white pigment that is very opaque and has a high tinting strength, while zinc white is a more transparent white pigment that is often used in glazes. Similarly, ivory black is a popular black pigment that is very opaque and has a high tinting strength, while lamp black is a more transparent black pigment that is often used in underpainting.
    When selecting white and black oil colors, it's important to consider the pigment properties and choose colors that are compatible with the other colors you are using. It's also a good idea to experiment with different types of white and black pigments to find the ones that work best for your particular painting style and techniques.
    It's worth noting that some artists prefer not to use black paint in their oil paintings and instead create shades by mixing complementary colors together. Complementary colors are colors that are opposite each other on the color wheel, such as red and green, blue and orange, or yellow and purple. Mixing these colors together can create a darker hue without the use of black paint.
    In addition to white and black, oil paints also come in a range of other colors, including earth tones, greens, blues, reds, and yellows, among others. Many artists also mix their own colors to create custom shades and hues.

    👋Good evening, dear Yasser. - A last golden glow in the firmament announces the approaching sunset. Peaceful silence spreads over the land as the day draws to a close and the light prepares to give way to the velvety night-black veil that will ultimately envelop this region in soft darkness. All sounds fall silent. The daylight-loving animals seek their night shelters and give way to the nocturnal predators that plough the skies on silent wings or roam the nearby woods on soft paws, dry leaves rustling under their creeping steps and thin twigs, that have fallen from the trees, breaking softly. Now and then you hear the eerie sound of a hunting eagle owl, a frightened squeak of a mouse running away from it, the cheeky call of a cuckoo and also a warning hiss of a wild cat that has been startled by us. In the heights in the firmament, remnants of the sky blue of the day still show, small clouds show themselves sporadically in light shades, beige-yellow, where sunlight still hits, interspersed with a pink-violet hue. Cloudbanks that have gathered below in the centre of our field of vision, appear at their periphery as if adorned with a thin golden thread, their dress showing in purple and to the right and opposite as if embroidered with a violet border. Closer to the ground, the purple changes to orange, streaked with a pinkish-red, while the firmament turns to pure gold on the horizon, and only where the sun is still low in the sky above mountains and hills does the glow of the evening sun show up distinctly brighter, as if heavenly beings had tried to mix in alabaster there. The hills cover their faces in a mixture of purple and gold, so that we are only able to recognize their silhouettes; closer to the valleys, at their foot, the colour intensifies and becomes a bright pinkish red. We can only imagine how far the valley floor stretches and what it looks like there, but the closer we approach our vantage point with our gaze, the more clearly we perceive numerous deciduous trees that have chosen this region as their habitat. Dark red they stand out against the mountains in the right half of our field of vision, in some places their green pigmentation still flashes out as if defiantly; after all, one is naturally of a colour that the plant world proudly displays and inherently possesses, while all other things must be artificially tinted with it. A small clearing seems to open up in front of them, insufficiently lit; therefore it is difficult for our eyes to identify the vegetation, be it bushes growing there on a hillside or even just grasses. The slope, however, descends more clearly to a body of water that we think is a river. Its surface shimmers silvery in the light of the setting sun on the opposite bank, but hints at a pale blush, while on our side a golden reflection of the sun spreads out. A tall shrub marks the perimeter to the right; we vaguely perceive some light-coloured thin trunks and branches and leaves that appear reddish towards the crown. In the centre on its left side, however, we can still make out various green leaves. (--> part 2)

    • @coramuller6065
      @coramuller6065 Před rokem

      Part 2: The bush lives next to the path where we stand and that leads to the water, it rests in the shadows, so that we cannot see its exact nature. It is probably a natural path that has been cleared of greenery and on which there lie a number of small yellowish stones that shimmer like gold nuggets and ingots. Another bush, but a bit smaller than the one on the right, has settled in the middle in the lower third of our field of vision; it is roundish in shape with dense green foliage, through whose left-sided outer leaves the last rays of the sun are being poured, turning it orange. It casts its shadow over to us. The path continues to the left, presenting itself to our gaze in a roughly horseshoe shape that runs through a grassy area and leads over to a handsome wooden house. The area in front of the building is treeless and open, so that one can live here relatively unmolested, and there is probably no danger of flooding from the river either. From here, we can still make out the front gable end facing us, where there is an entrance door, showing a narrow shadow of the right-hand corner of the roof; to the right of it, the carpenter has let in a small window through which a glow of light streams out. It may be that this light also just reaches the small round bush, but in any case it illuminates the overhanging parts of the pointed roof. Above the entrance door there seem to be two more narrow windows, which we cannot make out clearly, although this side of the building still receives some light. We direct our gaze around the left-hand corner of the house, where it meets a porch that could be an extension of the spacious dwelling or a tool shed. There appears to be a small window on the right wall and a door on the left facing the meadow. The annex has a separate peaked roof that appears grey in the sparse light, and is made of the same building material as the main house, which also has a peaked roof; a large, currently smoking chimney with a ventilation flap shows on the rear gable. There seems to be a slight breeze that pushes the bright yellow plume of smoke towards the left outer field of regard. A bright yellow light also emanates from the window that is located just before the back corner of the main side of the building, causing a yellowish reflection on the grassy area below. Towards the rear side of the house, several tall deciduous trees rise, their crowns in clear height still overhanging the roof and appearing reddish towards the right gable. Towards the left edge of our field of vision, the foliage of the taller trees also shows a dark red, whereas that of the lower neighbouring trees, which are actually already resting in the shadows, probably still show their green dress due to the light falling from the window; vaguely, but nonetheless. We have stayed far too long; by now the sun is leaning considerably towards the horizon and we make our way home as a precaution. - Dear Yasser, thank you for still surprising us with wonderful new motifs. Magnificent landscape, vibrant colours, so beautiful and excellently rendered ! - Be blessed, and have a good night.💖

    Yasser = another beautiful paintings = thank you for sharing. Can I ask you if you how you decided to place the door of the cabin at the side? It looks to me if the door should be in the little annex but as its a painting of houses from a different country I am not sure - perhaps this is where they place their doors. Thank you for all you content. I am always keen to try and learn from your marvellous techniques.
