    Being prepared is so important for any kind of meeting, virtual or not. Flexibility is also a much needed quality for virtual meetings and not just with the meeting host/lead but also with the participants. Having a team of flexible people that can go with the flow when things aren't working is great.

    Virtual team meetings--- I would allow everyone to show up in pajamas :-).I guess that is not really a good ground rule ! Always super info. !

    When you have a guest speaker, request a copy of the presentation deck in advance. Then, have the PPT deck open and ready to share as a precaution for any issues the speaker may have. Especially if the speaker is an external guest and they are not familiar with the Teams platform.
