3.chilli powder or paprika yourwish
4.coriander powder
5.piri piri mix (keya or Ratnadeeps original) complusory undali indhulo onion power, garlicpowder, chilliflakes, Oregono, ect untai kfc stlye flavour isthundhi.
5.maida
6.eggs
7.baking powder compulsory.
8.water or soda or beer for egg batter.
9.pepper.
10.msg or ajinamoto or tasting salt (kfc also uses this)
11.oil for deep frying
Preparation:
1.chicken thiskondi baga kadigi andhulo salt,chilli powder, coriander powder, pepper, piri piri mix , msg or tasting salt vesi baga mix cheskoni 2 hrs atleast marinate cheskondi.
2.ipudu oka bowl lo plain maida thiskoni pakana petukondi.
3.inkoka bowl lo maida thiskoni chicken ki amaithe spices vadero avvani vesi 2 tsp's baking power veskoni pakana petukondi.
4.ipudu inkoka bowl egg kotukoni adhulo koncham maida vesi koncham water or soda or beer veskoni beat chesi pakkana petukondhi idhi chicken paina crust form avadaniki help chesthundhi.
5.ipudu marinate chesina chicken ni first plain maida lo vesi full antinchandi taruvatha shake cheyandi excess maida pothundhi ipudu aa chicken ni mana egg batter lo munchi tarvatha mana spice mix chesina maida lo vesi motham pindi antela chuskoni shake cheyandi shake cheyadam valla manaki oka type of layer form avuthundhi chicken medha dhanini andha bread crumbs anukuntaru kani kadhu ipudu aa chicken ni oil lo deep fry cheskondi anthe golden color6vachaka thiseyandi chalu fasak lite ga piri piri mix paina jalukondi.

@@alprazolam1410 Original KFC by Colonel Sanders have concoction as the time passed . When he opened franchise , the recipe was amended by other partners. If you want to research , just check it out Colonel Sanders original recipe.I have already tried this Ejaz recipe a decade ago and the recipe got fucked up .. 😀 Adding extra flour doesn't make recipe delicious.. the chicken must be tender and juicy from inside .. if you want to stick flour hard on the chicken , you can try egg wash or milk as well. Anyway when you drop the chicken inside the flour it is washed and wet .. so the flour sticks to the chicken .. double dipping makes no sense because when the chicken gets fried, the excess flour will wash away by the oil.
