Family Pack | Episode 2 | Babai Chepala Pulusu | Chai Bisket Food |

Family Pack is a new age web series which explores human relations through food and humor.
Recipe of Babai Chepala Pulusu
Take 1 large onion and chop it into fine pieces. Similarly, take two tomatoes, ladies finger, and brinjal chop them into pieces. Cut 5-6 green chilies. Find a mud made vessel to add 4 tables spoons of oil along with jeer. Add mustard oil and curry leaf. After mixing the oil for few minutes, add chopped onions, green chili into the mud pot. Take the spices such as cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, and elaichi which will add flavor. Add those tomatoes into the pot after few minutes.
Let the pot be in the same heat for a period time, in the meanwhile take garlic cloves with the spices selected, and add two tea spoons of poppy seeds to make ginger paste. Add that paste, one table spoon of chili powder, one tea spoon of dhaniya powder and salt as required. Mix it well so that the flavors are in touch with everything inside the pot.
Add two table spoons of tamarind paste. Now, add water into the mixture along with cut brinjal pieces and ladies finger. Close the pot for 10 minutes, after that, add the fish into the pot and let the flavors in the pot get into the fish. Close the pot and not allow the smoke go out. Let it be on the heat for a time and add some coriander leaves for flavor.
Eat the chepala pulusu with some hot rice.
