    Ingredients
    Milk - 500 ml
    Bread - 4 slices
    Pista - 50 grams
    Cashew - 50 grams
    Almond - 50 grams
    Sugar - 1 cup
    Water - 1 cup
    Ilaichi powder - 1 tsp
    Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
    Ghee - 100 grams
    Method
    Heat ghee in a pot and fry pista, cashew and almond.
    Heat milk in a pot untill it thickens and add ilaichi powder and the fried nuts to it.
    Toast bread on a pan on both sides and set aside.
    Make sugar syrup with 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water.
    Dip the bread slices into sugar syrup and then in a bowl add thickened milk to the bread pieces.
    Serve it cold.
