By the way my first electric guitar was an EKO 500 v4 (almost the same guitar but with 4 pickups). It was dirt cheap but as it wasn't a Les Paul (my then-dream guitar), I got rid of it after about 2 years of use. Now, as an adult I tried to find it, but no luck. I could give one of my toes for that particular guitar! It was fun to play it!

The first good review of a EKO guitar, i wanted a eko 700 but a great video for the 500 is better than nothing. Great playing too, loved it.... Maybe i should be the Eko 700 4v

Was that Grover tuner a direct replacement? There's one of these for sale locally and it's missing the high E tuner too! Sounds great.

Great demo. Cheers! I have one of these, put it away for 30 years, just got it back out. Electronics are shot, but your bypass switch idea is perfect. Any thoughts on the neck? I think it is one of the most playable necks out there due to its shape, but I am comparing it to a Godin XTSA.
