And where’s the biggest population boom and housing now! And they should of made it bigger As we still don’t have a stadium for concerts for the really big international bands anywhere in Australia And those that do like Bruce Springsteen AC/DC only bring half their equipment And the ones we have like Docklands even the MCG have the worst sound Ruined my experience for many concerts
I was there too! That was the first final that North had won under Denis Pagan. Finished third in 1993 but lost elimination game to WCE. In 1994 we finished third again but the finals format had changed. When Melbourne beat Carlton the next day North went straight through to that famous prelim against Geelong.... Carlton and WCE had been the best sides all year but Carl lost both finals and so didn't get to a prelim
what a team ....roo boys....and to see that some are coaches...makes me proud...just wish north would get longmire/carey in as coaches...it would certainly create a worthy team...and get Micky back to train the backline...and Get Harvey back in to train the the small players on how to play ...
Evelyn Lobos that is a great idea and can only see that moving them forward in a big way! I remember feeling confident at every game and believed in every player being able to hold their own or win the ball. They were also desperate at the ball, no half heated stuff and the skill was far superior.
Dorian-Mark Keating they can do it.. they need to believe in themselves.. and as a team they are euphoric especially when they congratulated Majak when he kicked his goal.. they are a unit
Also there often drive past Waverly Park So many fond memories Dunstall ,Carey McKernan Platten etc etc
