Here I have a Mercedes CLK230 W208 in which I need to replace the propeller shaft Flex Disc, front and back, however in this video I will be replacing the back flex disc, which is the one between the prop shaft and the differential.
    The tightening torque is 60nm

Thank you for the video. A massive help to me as I’m a novice. Nicely detailed. I will be doing this job on my1997 slk.
Ps. Could you let me know what type of grease is needed. I read somewhere that it’s a pacific type

What was it like while driving? Because something started knocking when adding gas and subtracting in CLK 320. Sorry, my English is not very good.

Sorry I don’t understand the question.. I didn’t have any noise while driving. Not sure what you mean by adding gas and subtracting ?

@@DaringBeefcake I was wondering what the symptom of a worn flexible coupling is?

@@ukiarni5011 mine wasn't that worn out, but if you saw my video you can see how the cracks are developing, I dont think you will feel any symptoms as such, the coupling near the gearbox can make a clanking noise when engaging the gearbox.

It can yes, but there is also a bearing down there which can get worn out.
