Here’s an effective toenail fungus treatment that’s simple to do at home.

0:00 An at-home toenail fungus treatment that’s simple and effective
0:16 Here is how to remedy your toenail fungus
0:41 I suggest also using a nail file to get rid of some of the dead nails
In this video, I give you a very effective and at-home toenail fungus treatment that’s simple and effective. Let me explain.
Epsom salt is an effective ingredient. It’s a naturally occurring mineral salt that has some pretty good antimicrobial and anti-fungal properties. Here’s what you do:
Dissolve two tablespoons of Epsom salt into four cups of water in a bucket. You can boil the water first, although you don’t have to. The main thing is to get the salt dissolved. Keep the water warm, but if you’ve boiled it first be sure to let it cool down to a comfortable temperature.
Soak your feet in the mixture daily for fifteen minutes. Do this for three to four weeks. You’ll see a great improvement. I suggest you also use a nail file to get rid of some of the dead nails because the problem is that the fungus tends to get up underneath the nail and destroys it.
Depending on how infected the nail is, you may find that your nail has to come off then regrow. Or if the infection isn’t too deep, your nail may just grow without the microbe that’s been fading it.
Avoid moisture, because this microbe likes a humid environment. So go to work without your shoes on. Just don’t tell them it was me who said so!
All these steps are part of an at-home toenail fungus treatment that’s simple and effective.

I have just completed the 4 week treatment a few days ago and I can guarantee this works. My toes look like they did when I was 16. I visited my Doctor a while ago and he prescribed me cream and ointment, both of which were expensive and when i asked about home remedies, he said none of them work. I tried Dr Berg's advice anyway and I'm glad I did. Btw i only used 2 tablespoons of Epsom salts per foot bath and that worked fine for me.

I followed Dr Berg's advice for toe nail fungus. I started plugging my drain in the tub when I take a shower and put Epsom salts (1/2 cup into the water) into the water. I got rid of athletes foot and toe nail fungus in a short time. I had this problem all my adult life.

@Hailey Lowden funny you should ask as I have started having challenges again. I think it is that I'm not using enough Epsom salt. Also, I've not incorporated the tea tree oil and think that would help.
I'm only having issues with the tow nails as the athletes foot seems to be gone.

@@pfoxworth7 I'm taking a medicine called terbinafine (which does do some liver damage or so I've heard, but I'm taking it anyways) on top of this to kill the bacteria I soak my feet in a large bowl of epsom salt for about 30 mins and I put manuka honey on my tonails and just leave it there until I'm ready to do my epsomsalt soak which will wash it away. So far I'm waiting to see the results since I don't have any nail discoloration to gauge how well its working and I just started recently

Hi. I do this regularly with hot water and epsom salts. I file my toenails down as well. I only use foot cream that absorbs quickly and that is thin in texture as I don't like oily cream on my skin. I use a small amount of over the counter pine dettol that you get in England sometimes in a foot soak or a OTC surgical liquid that medical ppl use on patients in diluted water on my feet. It is good for aches in feet, smelly feet or athletes feet as well to soak them regularly in a foot soak. Tree tree oil is good in warm water in small amounts. But I realised that sometimes high sugar diets can cause fungal infections in the body. And vitamin deficiencies, like iron deficiencies, can cause nail issues. LED nail lamps are great as well for disinfecting your nails. Avoid wearing the same socks everyday so wear clean clothes daily and use a clean towel everyday as well so u don't spread germs to others. Boil ur whites in the washing machine regularly to get rid of germs in the clothes, too. Wash ur feet at least twice a day to get rid of the sweat and germs on ur feet and have clean floors and bedding every week in order to avoid spreading 🙃 fungus/germs around from your feet. Works for my feet. Xx 😘

Before even seeing this video, I did the epsom salts on the fellow I caregive and it WORKS!! This fellow's toe was making his socks black (and you can't even wash that blackness out!!) But not only that, the fungus actually ATE THROUGH HIS SHOE...in that big toe spot....!! What we did afterwards was... dried his toe REALLY well and then applied TOENAIL polish! (Even on the underside as much as possible.) Worked like a charm! Every once in a while now, we remove the toenail polish, do the epsom salt bath and re-apply the toenail polish. Not a bad way to END toe fungus when they now even have expensive laser therapy out there for this problem!

What's important to know is that the knarled nail that is there is not going to become unknarled. Success is when you see the new nail coming out behind it looking healthy. The old part of the nail that was affected by the fungus has to just grow out the same way a black toenail does. I successfully got rid of my toenail fungus by using white vinegar. I wish I had known you could get big jugs of organic apple cider vinegar.

i soak often in epsom salt baths but never thought that could have been reason the fungus on my big toe was getting better... i have been using colloidal silver in spray bottle daily and assumed that was what killed the fungus? maybe combo of both! who knows but it worked! and fast!

A very similar alternative is salt and vinegar. Also the apple cider vinegar casuals 'you' might take in the keto-diet will help kill the fungi from inside. (nail fungus lives on sugar)

Cured mine with SUN light exposure. I live in a sunny state so I am lucky. And I only wear closed shoes when I have to. Gym mainly...

A little hydrophilic cotton wool between toes before socks go on... helps to avoid clammy damp too...

I love epson salt in the tub. I hope using cheap great value is ok. I really don’t know how it is processed.

I will try this on my husband, he had a stroke on May 29, 2021. He now has toenail fungus with edema in his feet and ankles. I had toenail fungus years ago and I put my foot in bleach and it was cured. I don't think that would be good for my husband, so I will try your way.

I tried Epsom Salt but probably didn't keep with it long enough, something that did work was a paste of Castor Oil and baking soda. Used every night and it showed results after about 2 weeks, kept at it for several months. Wear socks to keep it on toes while sleeping.
