What a video brother...what a vibe...what a good explanation...thanks a lot once again for having me on your channel brother ✊🏽
You’re the man Gabo. Much love bro

רז מזרחי מה ניש
man.. u are awesome 🔥
You guys have a great energy
I watch Gabo and Austin as well and it's amusing to see them acting as though they are students, Gabo's a beast too
Gotta appreciate the humbleness they show when being respected because they really are beasts
Always always a student! Why stop learning something that has no end? 🤔 That would be like speeding up your death. Much love ❤️
Even Michelangelo said "I am still learning". There is always more to learn, which is part of what makes training so attractive to us!
Thanks for the great video Daniel and Gabo!
Exercises:
1. Shrimp Squat
2. Nordic Curls
3. Split Squat
4. Back Arch Ups
5. Squatted Calf Raises
Lots of details to gather here, so I do recommend watching the whole video!
и по сколько подходов и повторений?

Except Stefano Ravarino. Pistol Squat is just labelled as amateur to him. Watch his amazing bodyweight leg training: czcams.com/video/AIpsvNAT834/video.html
Also, check Massimo Kohkno and Matteo Spinazzola. .. :)
Can't wait to see you in black and white gym challenging the legendary blue shorts and newly green shorts.
Nice CM reference
He did a video with them before but it would be nice for a reunion.
Do you mean CalisthenicsMovement?
Piyush Jha yes
This is helpful to see someone who is obviously quite fit doing this for the first time. Videos for beginners showing wobbly beginnings and how to stabilize are instructive.
It all started 7years ago and still growing.. Excellent man..
I used to dance flamenco. From a dancer's perspective, these exercises are superior, helping to create equilibrium and working stabilizing muscles that a dancer depends on. I've also been slacking on my leg workouts 😟, so this video and your tips couldn't have come at a better time!👍
thank you for adding another dimension to bodyweight exercise, I would have never thought to incorporate these exercises on my own, thank you for bringing these exercises to our attention, well done
Two of my favourite fitness CZcamsrs. Thank you for the video guys!
4:19 That face there was priceless, it also made me feel hell lot better about my own level of fitness.
Daniel and Gabo are back again. Love seeing these collabs. Great video guys. :)
Love the collabs with Gabo. You two are such a dream team
This has to be the best video on bodyweight leg exercises
Daniel, I like a lot your exercises without any weight, in particular without anything... they are the best as you can do them anywhere. It's so convenient ! Thank you.
Very cool to see someone that is already really fit, learn a new motion. Thanks for posting this. I love this kind of content that shows the tips and corrections.
Street workout athletes: Ah shit here we go again.
chicken legs gang
Recently stumbled upon your channel. Super good info and helpful!!
Awesome excersize drills! Thank you Daniel for the constant supply of useful and professional tutorials, free of charge!
You and Saturno have very good chemistry, very relaxed and mindfull ❤my leg day, thanks to you guys, is now like this:
horse stance 4 sets
nordic curls 4 sets
reverse nordic curls 4 sets
calves 4 sets
And all like how you describe them, and it feels great! 💪 thank you for the great videos!
One of the best physical channels on youtube
Very useful, super well explained, thank you so much for this. It's kinda tough not being able to go to the gym.
THIS WAS AN AWESOME VIDEO. SO INFORMATIVE. ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOUR VIDS.
My legs are destroyed! Boy even a day later and I'm feeling it. The next few days 😬. Thanks Fitness FAQs!
Seeming very humble guys with an amazing explanations🔥🔥❤️❤️
Tath´s great! Always amazing content here!
Great video. Always looking for new exercises, particularly for legs.
Very clear explaination. Direct and easy to understand. I like the step up from the kneeling position. So brilliant
That first knee exercise pretty advanced for the general public and puts a lot of strain on the knee. You guys so fit and strong awesome!
Dude, you rock!! I love your work! Your videos are great! Super information, well explained concise without overtalking :-) exercises are stellar!! Thank you!
I know I'm late to the party but these two have some awesome chemistry and these exercises are good and the explanations are even more so. Anyone can do an exercise but only true pros can break them down to progress or regress them for everyone. Keep up the great work FITNESSFAQS and I hope to keep seeing collabs in for channels.
Found it! Awesome! This was awesome! Legs are shaking! Slowly but surely I will get stronger! Thank you! 💪👌
Dude, what an amazing video! It's hard to workout legs in calisthenics because of the lack of volume, if you know what I mean. It's amazing to see something like this! Thank you so much!!!
I watch Austin and Gabo and they are a beast, but D is a Savage . Always shows them something that improves their game.
Who's d
@@MridulKaimal Dominick from fitness faq or something like that. He did a couple of collabs with gabo and Austin
@@Jmoney20121 oh okay. Thanks ☺
Daniel
@@tijus2675 yeah
Awesome, the way you are teaching.
Much needed Daniel always come in clutch af
Cheers for the videos Daniel, keep making collabs
I will you love your channel amazing videos amazing content yes I never skip leg in fact legs are the best part in the body that you need to work in the day brings you a lot of amazing results they help you grow they help you with your testosterone.
"We've magically swapped legs" Gabo felt that heat
You really put him through it! This makes me want to post my personal Lower Body workout I've been doing. I hit everything in my legs I swear! That Soleus exercise is something I might need to try though.
The "slow" should be seen as CONTROLLING the workout instead of it controlling you. When you are tired or it is tough, you want to rush through it disabling some of the affects. When you take it slow, YOU are in control of the workout and forcing your muscles to get the FULL workout in. Love the videos man
Hey Daniel, how was your stay in France for the workshop ?
Keep up the great content on the channel ;)
Excellent tutorial
Oh man, that first one is brilliant.
AMAZING VIDEO, THIS MEN IS TRUE INSPIRATION
9:26 not just how, but why. Excellent, it will be nice to hear more technical aspects like this in the future. An old fan from south america over here.
This is pure gold, I do not have access to gyms in my country for vaccine requirements (4 doses) thank you, each of your videos is pure gold, excellent explanation
Great tip on the split squat!
Best Video Ever
Best Regards fromm Germany
Thats a brilliant question at 9:26. A lot of athletes fail to train specific muscles the way they ought to.
Perfect Leg Workout 👍🏻💪❤️
Quality content as always! Thank you Daniel! But what about this remix of Darude - Sandstorm? Who did this?! Really peaceful and beautiful!
Gabo totally skips legs which makes this video even funnier
Zen LifeStyle and Manners Show nah he can do pistol squats and stuff. His legs are pretty strong just nowhere near Daniels
Daniel.
These exercises are insane.
But I’m gonna do them
I think I'm gonna try those workouts when i get home from work
EXCELLENT I needed a video like this a while back! THANK YOU. If I may "keeping the back straight" may suggest unnecessary tension vs "keeping your back lengthen" thats what the Alexander technique teaches.
Bro! Idk if you remember me but I'm friends with Marcos and Luis. We had a pull up contest at your place a while back. It's cool to see you're also deep into the calisthenics community. What a small world.
Love calisthenics. I wish I got into it at a much earlier age >
Yeah me too. Would've totally help condition the body from the get go
Never too late guys. Rather now than never.
Wishing for things that are impossible is a foolish and wasteful mindset.
@@Sealed_Chamber trueee
Me too. I've started with it more than a year ago, in my 48s. I'd regret it if after having this nice input, I decided to started it only in my 60s.
I wish I knew about these exercises back when I played basketball.
Great vid as allways man! What about pistols? Do you recommend shrimps over them? What is the difference between them?
I like that music, oh, and yes, the specimens are not bad on the eyes either😂! Have a great weekend❤
Thanks guys , love body weight moves
I'm doing a tour of Aussie right now, back on the bodyweight evolution workouts to stay strong with minimal equipment ( I use rings)
Man! GREAT info 👌
Hi, Could you post a video about complete leg strengthening (abductors, VMO isolation hips etc)for people with very weak muscles, like recovering after a surgery or very atrophied muscles?
Great! Very original and relax
Now we need a legs Playlist 🏋️
Thanks for the free content man! I have a question though, when performing nordic curls how can you avoid uneven hamstring activation? I find that I get significantly more muscle soreness in the right hamstring.
Demosthenes Palamidas: NHC really chewed up my cartilage behind my kneecaps. However, it’s a great hamstring builder. Have you tried Razor Curls? They have helped me to establish a better mind to muscle connections and a more symmetrical activation.
@@benjaminwetscher9614 Not a fan,I feel like most of the work is done by the lower back and glutes to extend the body forward and only the easier portion of the movement is assisted by the hams.
Gabo definitely skips leg day
Daniel, what's your opinion on bridges? When you include posterior chain exercises I notice you don't mention bridging.
Bridges work on posterior muscles like lower back, glutes & hams, the same muscles that was used in the nordic curl & the hyper extension, i think its just the matter of taste
i need to start doing these exercises glad i found your channel
I really like Daniel's form of a shrimp squat here! I try to do it the same way now:)
Nice workout.
Daniel, what do you think of Alec Enkiri's video about calves? He says basically the calves always function with the help of hips and knees, with a elastic spring force. Training them slow and controlled with Eccentrics is something the calf never functions to do in daily or even athletic functions. It would be better to push a heavy sled or sprinting..?
It’s like you guys are reading my mind 😂 I’m making a leg workout video for next week. But as always love what you guys are doing 💪🏾
hei huys, love you individually, even more the colabs. can you tell me what is the difference, or what's best, for calves? starting at squat like you did it, or standing? thanks in advance
This is just what i needed Thank you very much! 👍🏼
✌🏼😎👍🏼
My left knee is a bit injured, every time when I do the negative Nordic curls my knee hurts worse the next day. Is there something that I’m might doing wrong or isn’t it recommend for injured knees?
And Great vids ! I’m doing this exercise twice a week and I can feel a great difference.
Hey, about the hamstrings exercise at 3:14 if I don't have a bar like that, fixed in the ground, I tried to improvise, crossing my legs at a leg table. Is it good improvising? Am I doing it right if I cross my legs? Great video btw 💪🏻🔥
So would 3 sets of each of these (8-10 reps) be a good leg day workout to do twice a week with regular progressions?
Excellent👍🏻👍🏻
Que buena onda está juntada! 🌟
6:24 I can do this but I have to get circulation going to the knee before I go into full range of motion.
My favorite trainer
Great video
I’d work out with you to see if you can get me back in full shape and surpass where I was in my teens.
amazing video !
what is that chill SONG?? sooo good
Hi Daniel. Been a major fan for a long time now. My leg workouts have been severely halted ever since I started experiencing knee pain (right knee, just above the kneecap)
Could you maybe do a knee strengthening exercise or direct me to a good routine? Cheers mate
Do you ever stretch your quads?
@@DIYToPen it band too. general hip strengthening won't hurt either
Checkout this video by Jeremy Ethier czcams.com/video/6guW0_zGN6M/video.html
Bromaaaance haha
Great vid guys as always
Thanks mate !
I'm having problems with pain all around the knee area and also pain on the upper level of the glutes which is part numbness/pain which I feel on the outside part of my calf. Couple other things, Baker cyst and a pain right above the chin where the knee meets the chin, on both knees. My orthopedist sees nothing wrong, all he did was suggested physical therapy
Any suggestions? I feel that so of my muscles are not working properly
This is gold! Thank you for sharing your knowledge, you are an expert!
Like the background music
SURE..U GOT IT
Social media pop up animation should be staggered not simultaneously,
Try keeping animations, etc in a similar color scheme, keep it up
I hope there are not many of us who fucked up their hips by one leg calisthenics work.
A few warnings maybe would have helped me or regresions like learning extensively the hip hinch with one leg.
Can we please have a any of that or similar stuff for the new people arriving every day? 😇
6:19 What is that insane ROM?
What can I do to improve mine :O?
Daniels perfect Nordic curl all the way to the ground! So difficult! What a beast.
What a strong leg
