Laotie ti40 battery problem

- I have driven for around 34KM since last full charge (67kg). When accelerating the throttle stopped working. Shortly after the lcd blinked the "E006" message few times and then turned off. It couldn't be turned on until connected to a charger.
Update: after 2.5months of waiting I got the battery back.
The range is 114km when driving calmly at ~40km/h.
Previously it was around 50km with same driving style.
Cutoff is at 68V when I've pushed the throttle to the max. - Auta a dopravní prostředky
So you actually send the battery back and got it fixed? Nice, I didn't do that, since I needed my scooter even with less range, and couldnt justify being without battery for long time. Now my warranty ran out and I guess I am stuck with battery cutting off at 68V or so. It's impressive you got more than double the range after fixing it!
After the fix my & friends battery cuts off at 68v. So it seems you got lucky and have a battery in a good condition
@@Kubau2 wait im confused, you didn't get it fixed? You wrote you get 110km range now, no? I was saying mine is not fixed and cuts off at 68-70v, it should die at like 63v normally
@@ATICrossX it was fixed. Previously it died at higher voltage (72v or so, can't remember now). Now it dies at ~68 when you accelerate. Remember that accelerating drops the voltage, so the bms will cut off the power earlier.
@@Kubau2 oh ok i understand now, how come they couldn't fully fix it, did you ask them? But you still get 110km range at 40kph? Thats pretty good
@@ATICrossX I didn't ask. I know that the guy did some charge/discharge tests before sending it back to me. Also the amount of electricity used to charge the battery matches the 36ah capacity.

Banggood is going to send spare parts to some service point in Czech Republic. And once they arrive I shall send the battery to repair.
@@Kubau2 Thank You. They offered me the same, but i asked them if i can do IT in my country. Did you sent already? any answer? Did you opened Laotie by your self to take out battery?
@@henrykmogielnicki625 I asked them earlier for a new battery and then I would send them mine. Also I asked them to get it repaired locally. But they refused and said I should send it to Czech Republic once the service gets the parts. I'm still waiting for the service to get the parts, so I didn't take it out and send yet.
A friend of mine got the same offer (to repair) , so I guess there's no other way for us. Luckily the service point I Czech Republic has got some good reviews, so I hope it will get fixed properly.
@@henrykmogielnicki625 just got an info that I can send the battery because te parts arrived at Czech Republic. However after contacting the Czech service point they still didn't get the parts.
@@Kubau2 I have exactly the same situation. :) Did you send already? What was the price for post? And how havy is the battery? Do You know already?
I am afraid that IT will take long time..... but i am not shure if we have another choice :(
