I own the Blaze Professional shown here. I don’t recommend it because it leaks water through that front shelf directly into and fills the drip tray with water which makes a huge mess inside the cabinet or your built in version. I emailed Blaze and they wrote back to me that nothing could be done. I have a cover for it, but inevitably you forget to put the cover on one night, or it starts to rain while you are grilling and then you have a holy mess. Also, when I try to set the burners on low heat, they blow out very easily. That could possibly be adjusted but I expected that the burner would be adjusted correctly for a $3k+ grill. It’s a real shame because as the reviewer points out, it is a very solidly built grill. The components are heavy and seem to be high quality, but I cant get over the leaking into the drip tray, it is just a fatal design flaw on the professional mode
Blaze grills are junk. I hate mine and I would never recommend it. They cook unevenly, they don’t get hot enough, and the flame gamers do nothing for heat distribution or controlling flare ups. Complete junk.
