I adore satires of spy movies, whether they're goofy like Austin Powers, or playing-it-straight, like Spy, love em all. Spy, however, is hands down my favorite. Fantastic cast, and so much fun with costars willing to ref their other over-the-top roles, as Jason Statham did in that... When he talks about his other cases, he references his roles from IPs like Mechanic and Transporter. That is a must-own movie! I would pre purchase tickets for a sequel to that. I'd dig a sequel to Boss, too, for that matter.

I just came back from watching this movie and all I can say is : AMAZINGLY FUNNY!!! I laughed so much that my stomach kind of hurts now, the whole theater laughed like crazy. I highly recommend it, LOVE Melissa's work

People hate on Melissa McCarthy but I think she just gets typecasted too much. When her comedy is good, it's gold though. SPY was FANTASTIC. I was on set with her last year for Ghostbusters 3...I told her she is amazing and she was very sweet (obviously she could just be playing nice, but she seems genuinely kind). This looks pretty funny, but you WATCH...after getting typecasted so much, she will end up making a Drama or two that REALLY blow people away by her performance.
Trust me I won't be watching.
