Excellent... Working conditions are poor and extremely unhyginenic... They dont even have steel working boards which usually these guys have, which is easier to clean..... apart from this, they add maida for profit purposes, so that quantity increases for far lesser price they put, while they charge for its purity.

Remove it from stove a bit before
Add 20 to 50g of maida per liter of milk when milk cundenses to one third quantity. Then it will be soft

To make a quick recipe similar to this; have condense milk and then add ghee. Cook on low heat it's done. Similar taste for sure
