I just wanted to upload this because of the insane precision in my dodge count which I enjoy looking at reach this high.
I can't tell but correct me if I am wrong. Does being up against a wall while dodging an attack perfectly make the dodge cooldown quicker or is that just the side effect of a precision dodge during a multi-hitbox?
Either way, this was too satisfying to watch unfold.

Impressive! The Rising Tide was practically painful at the end with the difficulty spike especially with the final boss (final phase was insanely annoying and took over 15-20+ tries)! However, the game design of Mysidia (not a single trace of Blight infection!) and replay value is incredible (still trying to get to level 60 now to be prepared for Final Fantasy Mode)! Worth every cent there! Plus a special score attack called the Kairos Gate where you go through a gauntlet of floors defeating enemies and making a high score as well as a "unique" form!

Yeah, I know exactly what part of the fight you are talking about. I too had trouble there while trying to figure out the best strategy to lower the purple gauge as fast as possible but lost while also failing the people in that town because of that attack. I beat him eventually so that was fun.
The extra stuff I am having a blast with along with the five ability slots for the Eikons makes it freer to setup our Eikons without having to trade one off for a specific fight which sucked at the time but is now improved making it more fun.
I am level 71 now on FF mode getting close to fighting Odin or Barnabas which will be pretty interesting to do with his own Eikon lol.
I even maximized my inventory slots to 8 potions. 5 high potions, & 4 strength tonics, stone tonic.
I'm looking forward to face off with whoever the secret boss is for this DLC.
