The Dark Roasted Ethiopian coffee from Perc Coffee is delicious and funky and so delicious. That funky Ethiopian flavor with a roasty dark roast characteristics is a beautiful thing.

Hello, to what degree do you use the grinder?

Pretty much 2 times a day since August of 2023. I have a manual grinder I got about a month ago and only use it for light/medium light roasts and this for medium dark and dark roasts. Cheers.
