"Don't worry about damaging vehicle" - Gotta love it. Got 10 minutes into removing this and with slight prying the thing broke in a big crack at the bottom.

How about the 2 overhead light assemblies for the Durango?
Thank you for reaching out! The 2 lights in the map receptacle closer to the nose of the vehicle are factory LED, which you cannot replace as they are soldered to a chip and board.
I noticed you didn't change the front bulbs in the center. Can they be changed? I have a 2017 grand Cherokee and those appear to be the same type in my rear passenger area.
I believe the lights you are referring to would be stock LED, which you cannot swap as they are soldered to a chip and board.
Do you have a side by side comparison to the Diode interior lights???
Typically, we already have the bulb installed on a single side of the vehicle. In which case, you can see a side by side comparison with the halogen as you watch the video. Please, reference 0:23 of the video for an example.

Think about buying this but I want it to appear "stock" that being said, is the brightness of the bulbs similar to the stock ones? I don't want it to light up like a Christmas tree.
Our LEDs have 2 different levels of brightness. The new Premium 5730SMD LED bulbs are the next generation of new LEDs. Compared to the older 5050SMDs, these LEDs have 3 times the light output per LED. The 5730 LED chip is designed for maximum light output while the aluminum housing helps to dissipate heat effectively for the longevity of the bulb. The new 5730SMD LEDs have a Constant Current Circuit design which helps maintain brightness if the voltage fluctuates within the circuit and has voltage surge protection up to 18V.
Please note, most people would prefer to upgrade to LEDs for the extra brightness.

I want to do all these lights on my 2017 jeep Cherokee. It’s not a grand though, will they still fit???? I can’t find a CZcams video on my car doing this smh

Thank you for your interest. Yes, we will keep an eye our for a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee out here in Los Angeles for an updated video. However, the rear passenger lights should be very similar to the other bulbs in your vehicle, as all of the lights are very easy to access with our trim tool kit.
Those small passenger lights are soldered. No easy way to swap them out unless you want to solder in new LEDs. This is the case for 14+.

it is not necessary to remove the rear panel to access the bulb, simply remove the front lens cover using a small flat head screwdriver and with a pair of needle nose pliers remove the bulb
My96XJ wish I'd know that before I broke the tab on the bulb holder. Smh. Now to the dealership and the salvage yard to find a replacement

You might still have to remove it to hold the back side of the bulb holder to put the lens back on.
So I was trying to take out the bulbs from the dome and I ended up breaking one . Is there a way to remove the bulb??
When a bulb is difficult to remove, the easiest method would be to use some tape to wrap around the stuck bulb, and bull to remove. You can find a video tutorial of this method here: www.realsimple.com/home-organizing/home-improvement/remove-stuck-light-bulb
I have a 2011 durango citadel... how do I change out the other lights in the dome compartment. they look like they are projection type
You should be able to access the dome lights exactly like the rest of the lights in your vehicle. The casing is very easy to remove the our trim tool kit, which comes complimentary with all of our interior LED packages.
I've changed out the bulbs already but the other is very different.. I will take a video or picture to show what I mean.
The dome lights have an additional 2 smaller lights referred to as the map lights. Are the map lights included in the kit? If so, this kit will replace every bulb in the car with an LED bulb correct?
Hi MIke, the Jeep Grand Cherokee uses factory installed LEDs for the front map lights so they are not included in the kit since you cant really upgrade them. PrecisionLED Those are not LED and they will not come out
These are not led, do not come out and are ugly yellow. Once you install all bright white leds these two give yellowish tint and look odd. Eventually i may just break them because they do look stupid when on with all other lights being white. Why jeep , why ?j$&@/!?!?!?
+Mike Winschuh Actually they can be upgraded, I have pics to install. DOES require cutting the harness and soldering but its not hard at all. probably a 20 min. job. LED's to use are just sm 50/50

How do you change the glove box light?
Swapping the glove box light should be the same as the other lights shown in the video. All of the lights in the vehicle are easily accessible with our tool set, which comes complimentary when purchasing the package linked in the description.
I replaced two demo lights with LED Lights.
There are two small lights with demo lights on the overhead console. How I can replace it :)

i have 2015 cherokee latitude how do i install led lights,,?
The installation process would be virtually identical as shown in the video. The installation process is almost the same for all vehicles. I would recommend having a watch on some of our other DIY installations as well, and you will gain a general knowledge of how LEDs are installed.
When i install the rear dome lights (2:49) lights do not turn on. If i re-insert the oem bulb it seems loose and only stays on while i push the button. Is there a trick to inserting bulb?

For the vanity mirror lights we used a 29mm festoon, which you can find here:

It's much easier to just remove the whole assembly for the front dome lights. It all just pulls down.

There are 2 light bulbs that looks to be incrusted and cannot be removed with pliers. Are they different kind of bulbs ? because I want to put LED there too :)
Yes, the bulbs in reference are stock LEDs. They are not easily replaceable, as they are mounted to a chip and board.

+Yemil O Keep in mind its super hard to tell the difference on camera. a white balance could really effect things. Go to home depot and look at the example bulbs they have for temperature. Then get the kit

+Jessica Markel i was able to remove the entire console and take it apart. It was quite simple. I disconnected the map lights, leaving only the two main lights operable for use especially when doors are opened for entry/exit.

Wish they would make these in a little bit softer white. The harsh white should not go on the inside of a vehicle... and most have a blueish tint. hideous
We actually do carry a softer white color, which would be the 6000K crystal white. If you are concerned with the brightness, you can always install our Standard line LEDs, which would be half as bright as the Premiums.

Those are stock LED and soldered to a chip board, no replacement for those.
