      i’m over the overthinking and doubting myself i know the universe always has my best interest in mind and everything so far has happened for my highest good. I am able to trust myself and my decisions, and i have 0 regrets, i’m so thankful for everything i have. there is nothing to figure out, accepting uncertainty is the key to clarity and calm in life. I’m ready to change my life, be mindful, present, and enjoy every single second of life. life is too short for analyzing, overthinking, and self-doubt. if it’s meant to be it is, if it’s not it’s not.❤️

    Here I am stopping the video to write a comment. 😏 Yes, the waking thoughts but also the dreams; I wake up from them, where I'm stuggling to figure something out, going over and over it without a solution. Usually it's something that is nonsensical to my conscious mind when I wake up. Also there are the dreams where there are people waiting for me, wanting or needing things from me, looking for me, and I've gone on a never ending trip or saga, searching or getting distracted and never able to return, or if I do return everyone is long gone.
    Also, that waking, seemingly independent entity that reminds, badgers, intrudes, distracts, hovers, and chatters, etc., etc, etc.
    I can feel that this video is helping with these things, as do affirmations, subliminal, and solfeggio frequencies.
    In my experience, this video is a very good one in the meditation genre. I will continue to visit it. Thank you for your great work!

    Bhai my OCD is now on peaks i cant even move without doing neutralizing compulsion, when I move from one room to another i have to imagine a neutralizing image and when doing the compulsion if i imagine the wrong image then i go back and try again. This way i cant go out anywhere and atleast brush,bath,wear clothes or open doors. For doing every activity i have to imagine any neutralizing image and if i imagine wrong image then i do again and again. I cant even watch youtube videos peacefully i had to go back for each sec when i imagine wrong thought, also if i type anything i had to first imagine neutralize thought . You need to learn how to respond to the thoughts causing your anxiety instead of just believing them. Also, to allow and not fear the feelings that come up before a panic attack. As soon as you do both of these, you'll never have a panic attack again. If you want more help, you can sign up for a session with me at www.MyOCDCoach.com

I do agree & recently trying your advice from the video and now this comment about not fear the feeling but just let it come in waves. It has helped. You can’t recover from OCD- I’m sure she meant “recovering” but to anyone with a new diagnosis- you cannot recover but you can manage symptoms and triggers.

    • @MyOCDCoach
      @MyOCDCoach  Před 11 měsíci +1

      You can get to and stay in the recovery stage. You do this by reducing all compulsions to zero, and then keeping an eye out for warning signs and applying your pee techniques, so that OCD doesn’t creep back in. Most therapist don’t teach people all of their compulsions, they don’t help reduce is compulsions to zero, and they do exposure until discomfort drops at half. I do all of these things plus doing exposure until the discomfort gets all the way to zero. These are the things that got me to the Recovery stage and keep me there for many years. It doesn’t mean there’s never any discomfort or uncertainty, it means that we know how to manage it to eliminate all OCD from our lives.
