    32 years on this planet and nothing puts me to sleep like this. I’m a massage therapist for over a decade and use similar yoga-style modalities. No other video. No other sound. No other meditation, has ever, ever worked like this. When you have a gift like this, your voice you’re soft power behind it, is for a reason.       ​@cartergomez5390 I couldnt sleep ever, and started taking sleep meds when I was 9 and haven't fallen asleep naturally since(I'm 34) and it's rough! I sure hope this commenter is in a better situation than me, but I was abused, traumatized, hypervigilant and in fight or flight 24/7. I have ptsd, along w about 80 other diagnoses, but the ones I think are most related to insomnia are ptsd, dysautonomia and chronic pain(back, hips, pelvis)/Spondylolesthesis. I spent about 15 years in a constant state of panic, throwing everything natural at it, before I gave in and just accepted that valium is the antidote to who I am. I hope to get off of it in 5-10 years when I can shift my focus from raising kids to my health and well-being and have dealt w trauma. I've been in therapy for a year and feel like I've made about 10% progress. So anyway, yes, there are definitely kids who can't sleep lol

    I used to listen to podcasts to help me fall back asleep when i wake up an anxious wreck in the middle of the night. I heard about yoga nidra from a Huberman podcast. That led me to this video and it's amazing how effective it is. I've tried others but I always come back to this one. Thank you so much for this! As soon as I hear this video start, i instantly calm down.

      ​@@HealwithceleryjuiceDead in MINUTES w/o OXYGEN!!! Dead in a cpl weeks w/o glucose in MOST cases. As an asthmatic with anorexia who has also suffered gestational diabetes, I am somewhat of an expert...? I have more of an education than most I'd say!
      AIR you absolutely CANNOT do without.
      Your body will strive a lil longer sans food, the liver even picks up the job and sends out emergency glucose to the brain. But there is no emergency O2 delivery system.

      Yes, I have listened to others, but as I start to drift off those clicking noises jolt me awake. I also find the whispery voices to sound a little creepy. Your voice is gentle and soothing. The absolute best.

    Anyone with extreme insomnia needs absolutely zero caffeine forever.
    I'm going to venture into this video. Just found this, reading the comments, so many speaking on having severe Insomnia.
    Lovely to see so many people finding a saving grace in t
    I had 50 years of chronic headaches and Greatefully figured out how to never have headaches again (never did Pharma).
    Overcoming the headaches,
    I then was dealing with adrenal fatigue and chronic fatigue.
    Sleeping hasn't been a huge problem for me. But what I did want to do was sleep even better and move away from the adrenal fatigue, so I 100% got off of all caffeine.

    This has blown my mind about how it takes me off my feet and puts me to bed even if my adhd mind wants to fight it. Its like a drug, but not. Omg thankyou. Not hypnosis not sleep meditation not asmr was working anymore. I've got autism adhd and ptsd, this rescues me at 3,4 or 5 am every blooming morning when I wake up too early , then I can stay asleep till 8+.. thankyou so much ❤

    This long yoga nidra set to binaural beats is a rarity. I prefer binaural beats when I go to sleep and I'm quite fond of yoga nidra to relax during the day. This longer sleep version with your serene voice is so relaxing! I follow you on insight time as well!

    I have suffered from insomnia for probably the last 10 years. My therapist turned me onto yoga nidra and I have thanked her ever since. I did a CZcams search for other yoga nidra meditation on my own and you an another person has been my go to!! Wow!! First time listening to this particular meditation and I must say I slept so good!! Atleast until my bladder was screaming at me!! Live it!!

    Couldn’t sleep, went on the couch. Was cold, irritable and restless. Before I knew it I dozed off. Woke a couple times and went right back to sleep. I’m doing this meditation again!

    This is a really nice meditation. I particularly like the guided breathing - I have heard a lot of meditations that tell you to breathe in for a certain amount and out for a certain amount, but ones like this that guide you precisely are rare. Thank you :)

    Awesome! I’ve been barely sleeping from shoulder pain for about 4 months now and I manage awake by 3-4 am. This time, along with Tylenol, I had an awesome last half of sleep. Great white noise at the end.

I am so happy. Sometimes because of circumstances I am not sure it will work THIS TIME… sometime later in the nite I wake up needing to go potty.😊
    I am now 79 & my problem began when I was abt 45.

    The best Sleep meditation on CZcams. I’ve searched and listened to endless videos but this is simply perfection. Your voice is serene, your tome, the volume, your accent, I can feel your relaxed energy which resonates into a wonderful relaxed state. I literally dropped into a deep sleep within what seemed like ten minutes. THANK YOU so much. I aspire to make a sleep meditation like this but a high bar to match. Goodnight 😴 ❤

    I would also like to mention that so often you’ll see titles like “3-hour Famous Voice meditation!” And what you actually get is 5 minutes of Famous Voice and 2 hours 55 minutes of canned waves or random piano noises. When Ally says “2-hour meditation” you get what’s on the package. Well, in all honesty, I don’t think I’ve ever actually made it to the end of one of her insomnia meditations, but when I faded out she was still going strong. Thanks, Ally.

    I couldn’t sleep! All the comments wow you are lucky. I started the video at 5am and was already very anxious about sleep because I had 0 sleep this night … when you stress about sleep there is nothing that will bring it .. don’t chase it but how when you have 0sleep ..

      I’m curious if you stay awake the whole 2 hours? Do you fall asleep and then wake up to turn this off? New at this and desperately needing sleep 😴

    It used to take me hours to sleep once in bed but 1st time I listened to this I was asleep in 5 minutes! I told my brother to listen to it because he had medical problems and slept only 1-2 hrs a night for a very long time, I spoke to him 1 week or so later, he said he listened to it and now sleeps 6-7 hrs a night 😍

    Dear AllyB I wake early 3AM and use your insomnia Yoga Nidra to get to wakeup time of 5AM . I rarely fall back asleep , but they are very restfull and calming to my body, which is such a big help in energy throughout the day. Sometimes I have energy pulsing thru my body that makes me shiver when doing the body breathing; what is that? I usually repeat my TM mantra at that point to settlethe energy.
