- The Grey Matters Podcast returns with a full 8-Month Post AWAKE Brain Surgery Update...
- Jackie and I closed on our home in Florida a month ago.
- I’m fully recovered & no seizures since surgery.
- were 9.5 months from being married.
- I’m back lifting heavy, golfing in the 80’ and 90’s regularly, and 2yrs 4months off my BMX bike.
- I reached out to 30+ People in various aspects of business to interview them about their take on mindset, health, success, culture, performance, and more. Stay tuned for parts of those conversations mixed in with 20+ episodes I recorded last year before my hiatus.
- I expanded my mindset, health and performance coaching to organizations / teams as well as 1-on-1.
- I have began virtual speaking again with a in person event coming up soon.
- I witnessed Jackie grow her photography & contract Athletic Training businesses 🔥
- I didn’t scare Jackie away while my brain got back to “normal” after the post surgery steroids 🤣

I love that you are so real and honest about the struggle yet turn to gratitude in all things
I am happy to know you appreciate and resonate with my sharing. Thanks so much for the love and support. I welcome any feedback and questions for future episodes :)
Congrats on the recovery...Dexamethasone is the WORST! It's unfortunate how quickly they prescribe them without warning of the side effects. IYKYK :)
Thank you so much! That was the steroid, I loved how it had me so focused but the negatives were not realistic long term, lol. In my case, it was crucial to be on them for the swelling post surgery. Do you have experience with it? I would love to know yours.
