Great video. Loved how you did the plant and pictures on the wall. I'm a horizon newbie as well. Right now I'm trying to build a world inspired by a movie called Ponyo. Mainly just art with no coding .

I am building myself a streaming studio with an entire room green room.
It’s been complicated getting certain needs as dedicated power and such…. Finally I have dimensions as its closer to run cord control. Plus i am integrating a portable equipment state for off site builds and vocals,
So getting excited!
Plus I want to start doing audio books with a vid cast starting with a book I published “The Little Barbershop Of Horrors” with custom musical score using machine

You make working with Facebook Worlds look so appealing. I tried but I couldn't get a handle on it. It felt so awkward compared to ShapesXR. But watching this video makes me want to try again.

@@MorganChin Is there a way to run the tutorial again? I completed the one for Builder mode but couldn't get one for exploring worlds to run again even when I uninstalled and reinstalled.
ShapesXR is great and they've added even more tech which I'll try in my next project.
@@froglegsfried1303 there are tutorials online! Google Horizon Worlds learn and a bunch pop up!
@@froglegsfried1303 You'll get it! They really are 80% similar in building. But Horizon has the Social multiplayer element

Thanks! Under the colors There are options like solid metal glow plastic etc. I changed it from the default to glow!

How do you get stuff to play on the TV some friends of mine made a world and wanted to do an event like movie night
I currently don’t think there is any way to pay real TV shows or movies. You could build a static screen to fake the tv being “on”.
@@MorganChin I have that set up already. I was hoping someone made a code or something to play actually tv or movies. Thank you for the help I am sure that it’s just a horizon thing they paid for with sponsorship with a company or something.

The hard part I can't do is making a door frame and windows frame
If you check out some of my other videos you can see how to do it! You basically have to build around it having a hole for it.

Thanks! I have actually seen a world simulate playing something on the TV. I am not sure the name of the world or how they did it. I don’t think they added any video, I think they built something in the world to simulate it. As far as I know you can’t add video!

how can you build a hotel in metaverce, what is the cost?
Free! You just have to download apps like Horizon Worlds, RecRoom, or Gravity Sketch on your VR headset to start building.
Is it free to built in meta or do u have to buy land

How do you make the plant?
Which part? The leaves or the base?
Can you build without a headset?
I am not sure but maybe someone else might know! I’ve never tried it
How do you record? Mine won’t let me cast or share my screen when I play this game
That’s so strange. Do you have a quest 2 and have you updated it?
@@MorganChin yes to both questions, like playing a different game it works but going into horizon he gives me the message “this game does not allow recording or casting” and I see everyone else doing it lol
@@YouFilmMeTV okay yeah that’s weird. I would submit a big report through your headset. Something is not right.

Not yet unfortunately!
rebuild the room you are recording in. so you can make some of your videos in Horizons. just a suggestion :)

Right now you can’t but you can add images in the ShapesXR app
@@MorganChin thanks for such a quick reply. I've been using Blender design for a different metaverse and I'm looking into horizon worlds. However, not being able to add my own images is a real issue for me, that's why I asked.
After all these months of creating content, how do u like the direction horizon worlds is going?

You don’t need to! Everything is free! It’s a free app so anyone can build a world
