Jazakumllahkhair for yet another gem of wisdom.
Umar bn Khattab's (RA) leadership style is an example to be emulated by entrepreneurs as well as leaders of organisations.
I once read his quotes which i think touch on this topic where he stated that " Trust is that there should be no difference between what you do, say and what you think"
Also " The wiset man is he who can account for his actions ".

Very important topic even in relation to all other Islamic topics. However reducing it to merely money environment is a huge limitation of the principle of Islamic leadership. Consider expanding it to other fields than just corporate, profit and charity organisations
