Disregard my in-helmet frustration at the end of the race. I shouldn’t be so hard on myself but I was hoping for a better finish.

It was a cheap deep dive...
But yoi did leave the door open for him to dive bomb you.
Happy you both made it through that abortion of a "turn".

Thanks Joe. I definitely slow-braked too early and left the door open. Him an I know eachother and it’s always a good battle between the two of us with some hairy moves. We keep it upright together and it’s always a good “F U but I love you” afterwards

That was a cheap move by that guy to push you out of the chicane and give you 15sec penalty

No 15 second penalty incurred. However that was the thought and the reason I was so pissed for “blowing” it. I eased up to let him get through knowing he was behind me to the finish
