- Solid race with the fast boys. I was not at full pace, as I am recovering from an injury, did my best to push behind the top 3. We had a red flag, and my second start was significantly worse. Strong work by Rocco Landers, Joey Giannotto, and Brad Burns. And a shout-out to Allan Kersey for leading the race for a bit!

Great riding my friend 😎
Sheesh, MotoAmerica lap times 👏
Serious question, no one ever talks about how much it costs to do this consistently. I've been doing a couple of track days a year, but seeing this I'm like "Wow" lol. So I wondering how much you generally spend in a year doing these races and track days? And how do you afford to have a new R1 as a sole track bike? I have an 18 R1 but I only ride it on the street, I would hate to high side it at the track.
All about planning, budgeting, etc. Anything is expensive when you're deep into it... Spend money on things that matter most to you.
What was happening at 6:52? Traction control?
Chatter over bumps
Awesome! Still using 15 / 41 gearing on the new bike?
Yep, although it's not great for Pitt.
@@vzhulin What gearing IS great for Pitt-Race on the R1?
@@tbOO9 not sure but I'd want a few teeth higher in the rear.
@@vzhulin Thank you for the information. Cannot wait to go back there once the damn Canada-USA border opens back up and I can go ride at Pitt-Race again!
