I was diagnosed with OCD 18 years ago as a teenage. Spent my whole life fighting OCD. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Not until my mom recommended me to psilocybin mushrooms treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 8 years totally clean. Never thought I would be saying this about mushrooms.

Can you help me with the reliable source 🙏. I'm 56 and have suffered for years with addiction, anxiety and severe ptsd, I got my panic attacks under control myself years ago and they have come back with a vengeance, I'm constantly trying to take full breaths but can't get the full satisfying breath out, it's absolutely crippling me, i live in Germany. I don't know much about these mushrooms. Really need a reliable source!! Can't wait to get them

100% agree I used to have Psychosis and paranoid thoughts like "people thinking about me talking about me etc. Very odd behavior after getting off Adderall from 7-16. Antidepressants at 18-29. 31 now. I took way to much, but took about 20g of Gold caps (Psilocybin containing mushroom) I analyzed my entire life. The emotions that came out helped me understand behavior etc more. Wont ever need to do it again because I'm happy and contempt forever, but I wish more people did this to alter their perception of reality. Would help with healing much trauma

well... it's still one of the best periods to live in. imagine being born anywhere in the whole human history, except the last half-century: people most probably already had OCD, but there was literally NO treatment. would've been awful right? today there's a lot more ways to treat it, and it's only going to get better.
i'm also going though a really tough OCD period, so i definitely know how fucking awful it can seem at times. but still, feeling like we're in the wrong generation is just not worth it.

Tips that helped me thru severe OCD:
"You can't think your self to good living but you can act yourself to good thinking."
    - less thinking and more action worked for me, and if an intrusive thought enters your mind do not fight it or judge yourself for thinking that way....identify the trigger and breathe thru it.... proceed on then with time your brain will be retrained to not identify that stimuli as a threat. Not easy I know but processing thru in a manageable portion thru exposure therapy is a key way to retrain the brain. I was hospitalized for 15 months because of severe OCD 9 yrs ago and seen several neuro doctors across the country.

Well don’t ever loose hope. A lot of really smart people have OCD. In fact OCD itself can sometimes ( certain types of OCD) be positive as it allows you to think more deeply and differently about things. Don’t classify yourself as having a disorder or that you have to shake it off completely that will only make you more anxious. The key is to accept yourself (and remember there is nothing wrong with you, fuck your colleagues) and take help of a good therapist to do exposure response prevention. You can also give tcDS or RTMS a try, they are relatively low side effect and work well for people who don’t want to take meds. Good luck ❤

You can never be certain that the door is locked, or that your hands are fully washed. It's all arbitrary in a sense of a door being locked or not (what if the lock breaks/fails?). Every problem I've had roots in uncertainty, what if my keys fell out of my pocket? What if my car fell down the driveway because I forgot to put it in park? Nothing is really that objective, all are prone to failure. It's hard to obtain certainty, when certainty doesn't exist. To me, it's a major root of this issue

      1. Accept the possibility of someone breaking in and killing you. Sit with that uncomfortable feeling for night after night after night until your brain adapts to this feeling.
      2. Check the door every night, never get sleep and allow your ocd to always get the better of you.
Im still struggling myself. But I've had enough. Im gonna allow anxiety to enter my body. But im not gonna allow any more compulsions. From now on im only allowed to check TWICE. After the 2nd time. Im gonna sit with anxiety.

❌ Don't skip this comment it can be your best OCD treatment (afterall you may loose 1-2min reading this)
    Keep all this aside,
I have overcome my 10years ocd following this 3:
1- understand ocd & your triggering thought of ocd
2- Dont try to escape the that thought which triggers ocd.
3-Dont try to create opposite thought like "I should not think like this", "I should end this ocd", "it is sin" bla bla....
Now i explain following this 3:
How ocd works on your mind?
Ans:- Conflicting thought and fear is the reason. And if you see it is all Psychological and the more strong the opposite thought like -->" i should not do this"," it harms " or " it is a sin" more intensely you have ocd.
Example:- You have some intrusive thought and you try to oppose it saying i should not have this thought and its creates conflict which comes in cyclicle patterns (or) You try to escape thought by doing activity or other it is also conflict same continues.
And also if you have any strong beliefs such as religious etc., Dont have beliefs just question the belief understand the root of that belief why it is so.
    Solution:-
    Example:
Suppose i have a ocd thought to beat the person opposite to me some stranger(😂). Wait dont beat him we wait to face it psychologically
The moment this thought comes, we oppose this thought with (oppoing thoughts)"I should not have this thought", "it harms him", "its unethical", "Its creul". Or try to escape that thought by vacating the place(escape).
So what to do is let the thought run in your mind completely and understand and question the thought like "I will beat him" and dont ❌judge your thought whether its good or bad
✅Just silence your mind and just observe the thought
❌dont add any other thought like peacfull thought or any other opposing thought
✅just be quiet and observe the thought after sometime and After some incident of ocd thoughts you will go beyond your thought
!!!!!That's it my friend your out of OCD!!!!!
I CAME TO THIS UNDERSTANDING FROM THE CONCEPTS OF PHILOSOPHER JIDDU KRISHNAMURTI

Try to put "I" a great importance, for example use this for almost all repetition you do , - Im not liking this stuff doing again and again so why would i do it ,who the hell is this brain to order me han , I m the main person not my brain can order me and even if you will order me i wont do it, so just order/thought it but i m not going to do it , i m stubborn and you will see my stubbornness from now on. Every time something come up which you dont like , just say thus thing and believe that you are the person whi can control you , and not your brain. Also try to think like if some person would say to you to wash dishes (for example) but you dont want to , then you simply dont do that right , because its you who decide. And for repetition works , try to reduce the number , like i use to do 5 times so i gradually decreased it to 3 then to 1. Also try to see the specific trigger, or may be you have not ocd but its just the anxiety which occurs but you unable to handle that which lead to certain type of obsession or Overthinking. Try to remove thus tag of ocd first , think like its just that i have some bad gabits and little bit Overthinking, which i need to change and i will change.
P.S. i have treated my ocd by this , I hope it helps. Believe in yourself that you can live normal life like others. All the best.😊

Hi everyone to all of us suffering from this condition I just wanted to say Jesus loves us all and we are truly never really alone. He knows what suffering is as he died a criminal's death on a cross. He understands us even if we do not fully understand why we are going through this God has a plan for all of us.He once said Blessed are those who mourn for they shall be comforted. All things shall pass and one day when we are in front of his presence we will have the joy and peace we all so truly desire. In the mean time offer your suffering for others. May God you all🙏🙏🙏

Welcome, my dear brother. Praise be to God, I have been cured of this malicious obsession. It is the worst thing that a person goes through, but God has made everything a solution. Believe me, all of this obsession is from the work of Satan, I seek refuge in God from it (and it is a great delusion). This is what I want you to know. This is why there is no medical treatment or medicine for it. The only remedy is to seek refuge in God from the accursed Satan and pray and be pure and ablution and recite (Surat Al-Baqara and Surat Qaf) as it is very powerful. Reading is better, but if you do not know, then listen to it from the Internet constantly (and legal ruqyah is very useful) and ask for forgiveness more. And Surah Qaf, I used to recite it with blame seven times, and it lasted for about a week, and it was very useful. Because of these disturbing thoughts, I even started praying continuously for a long time, but God knew that I could do more, and I heard about healing by Surat Al-Baqarah, so I started listening once a day for a week, and it became better. Better, and I said to myself, Was it really that bad, even though I was dying when I was sick?

@@rohitchandran97 Dear writer, your words are not true at all. I am now much, much better than before, and I have recovered and become happier. The words of the doctors that you have no cure are nonsense and a lie, because for everything there is a cure, but it is different. This disease is psychological and spiritual. When you are treated with the Qur’an and your soul is reassured, it will become better. And once again I say, I did not expect that I would I would heal and I used to say, ‘Will I go back to how I was?’ I was in pain. I did not know what to do, where to go. They said, ‘There is no treatment. My head does not calm down. My thoughts are confused. I know they are ridiculous, but they control me.’ Or so I thought. I was ready to do anything until I healed. I tried everything and it did not work, but only after I tried treatment with the Qur’an.” And I continued with it, and my situation began to change little by little. It is truly a wonderful thing. I advise you to listen to it and read it without bias, just to know, and I am sure that you will be sorry, God willing. Now I have recovered and I hope for a recovery for everyone, because it is something that is not easy and many may not bear it. But do as I did and search more.

For your little one, don't despair and don't believe the doctors who say that this disease is untreated and they give you very heavy and harmful medicines to health. Now, thanks to God, it is better than ever. Bad thoughts have gone and nightmares too, and so far I am reading Surat Al-Baqarah and I feel that it has become an important part of my life, but I also advise you to ask your child, maybe annoy someone in school or teachers, so he does not want to go And Surat Al-Nas three times, as the Prophet Muhammad, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, was before he slept, he opened his hands and recited them three times, and he blows his hand and wipes his face with it. It is a severe mental illness and there is no suicide, and it is Islam and the Qur’an. Thank God for the blessing of Islam. I remember when I was suffering from obsessive-compulsive disorder. They take strong and harmful treatment for years, and some of them sleep in the hospital, and there is worse that the treatment is very easy in the Qur’an, and you will say, “We were really that bad, but the treatment needs to be continued, and it is easy for yourself.”
