- Exploration is one of my favorite parts of Xenoblade thanks to its stunning fantasy environments and magical soundtracks. Throughout the series, there've been a great variety of songs which inspire different aspects of an adventure, whether it be the feeling of setting out, the glory of a journey in full swing, a sense of wonder and awe, or something new entirely. Since those feelings have been such a crucial part of my experience with Xenoblade, I wanted to put together a collection of music and scenery from the games that especially evoke a spirit of adventure. Hope you enjoy!

What's your favorite area to explore in Xenoblade? For me it's probably either Noctilum or Makna Forest. Both offer spectacular views, and do a great job of making the player feel small in comparison to the world around them. They also have some of my favorite tracks that inspire a feeling unique to their respective area, which is key for immersion. In both places, I found myself getting lost and thoroughly enjoying the experience, which made them particularly memorable for me.
I'd say my top 5 in terms of pure exploration are:

3. Makna Forest

Something about Uraya, man. Gormott is v v good but I think about Uraya the most.
@@tommynaugle3572 when I think of the most iconic xenoblade areas, Uraya is definitely up there - the concept and scenery are breathtaking

When the theme for Gaur Plains began, with the camera giving the view of the new area, it was such an incredible experience!
The Fornis Region also came to mind!

As much as I love its battle themes, its exploration music is what really made my Xenoblade experience so wonderful. Thank you for compiling so many songs I love and so many that I missed!

Satorl Marsh is my favorite place in terms of both music and aesthetic. I just remember being so entranced, and that it was the moment I realized just how beautiful the game was.
