CRUST
• 2 - Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
• 1 - Stick Melted Butter
FILLING
• 2 - Cups Powdered Sugar
• 2 - Sticks Softened Butter
• 2 - Eggs OR (1/3 Cup Milk)
FRUIT
• 4 - Sliced Bananas
• 1 - 20oz - Can Crushed Pineapple (DRAINED)
• 1 - 8oz Tub Whipped Topping (THAWED)
• Strawberry Topping
TOPPING
• Maraschino Cherries
• 1/2 - Cup Chopped Nuts
• Strawberry Topping
• Chocolate Syrup
⬇️ INSTRUCTIONS ⬇️
CRUST
• Mix above ingredients and press into 13x9x2 glass baking dish. Set aside
FILLING & TOPPING
• Combine the above filling ingredients in mixer bowl and beat at medium speed with electric mixer (NO LESS) than 15 minutes
• Spread filling over graham cracker crust
• Layer sliced bananas on top of filling
• Spread crushed pineapple over bananas, then add strawberry topping if desired
• Spread whipped topping over fruit
• Sprinkle with maraschino cherries, nuts, strawberry & chocolate topping
Refrigerate overnight. Cut into squares to serve

Pasteurized eggs can be found at Trader Joes and used in the filling instead of the milk. Dramatically adds flavor to the filling.
When we make it we use Doyle chunk pineapple or sliced instead of crushed so much easier then we use real cut up strawberry slices not whatever you was using

In the 80's my mom bought a cookbook and a similar recipe was in it. Ohhhh it was soooo fantastic, it was hard to believe anything could taste soooo good ! ! ! We all had a copy, but we all moved and lost the recipe - HAPPY To Have it ( or a version of it ) Again. ! ! ! ! ! ! ! If I could, I would emoji 10 cartwheels. ! ! ! ! !
