just an update. it's been released March 4, 2021 and has 1,035 reviews at Overwhelmingly Positive on Steam. maybe revisit it if you have some time! it seems really cool.

That Undertale inspired game wasnt too too bad. Its just... REALLY obviously Undertale inspired. I think it has a lot of potential though if they change it up a bit.

everhood is more of an earthbound inspired game, any game that is 4th wall breaking gets called undertale now unfortunately
the starstruck thing actually looked interesting.. not overwhelmingly good and not actually a rythm game but definitely interesting ^^

I really hope that everhood game is properly made, the fight design seems extremely fun. The problem is the world exploitation being a copy of undertale. Even though the pixel art was in the exact same style, it had enough personality to be unique.
There was a game which in similar to Bustaship 4:16. Basically, you were a cell trying to get to brain. IIRC it had 10 levels while every next one got faster and was controllable with mouse only. It was called 'Braincell' or something like that. If anyone can help
Oh I actually tried out Everhood but I stopped before finishing the first battle lol (it was just too long and I kept dying close to the end).
And yah it took way too much inspiration from Undertale.
Your opinion on a game does not matter if you cannot beat the tutorial boss.

I've played Ready Set Haiya before and the game just glitched out on me and made it so that all the objects spawned in at the same time and I couldn't pass the level
You should try this rhythm game called OSU it's a very underrated hidden gem

Now that everhood is released and people have played through the game, its painful to see the review since its barely inspired by undertale. The pixel art is not inspired by it, and the only direct reference in the whole game is the atm.
