Yeah I know what you mean, he doesn't really show up or do particularly much but this season is just about the speed force teaching Barry what the consequences of his actions are, hence why they're allowing Savitar Barry to actually go through with everything he's doing, but the fact Savitar is actually Barry from some other timeline with a different set of events or whatever else happened to him to turn him into Savitar, that's a cool dynamic because it's the complete opposite of Barry, and that's what makes it interesting, because he's ridiculously powerful, but is realistically Barry at the same time deep down

you need to remember he was using the speedforce so he was jumping in and out of it to different area's around the city. He's been the same speed since day1, just lost his speedforce teleport abilities.

Aadil Patel Well it's not fully explained by the others. Part of him being in the speed force is practically instant teleporting by running through the speedforce and draging Barry woth him. When not doing that his abilities are enhanced in general. Shown by how much taller his speedforce CGI counter part is compared to the real suit. He also could use the section where his mouth would be to scream two times which is obviously not possible for him to do outside of the speedforce because this section isn't actually able to move. No, he actually isn't. Without being pulled by the speed force, which any character who tried could do, he is slightly faster than Barry. That's why after he became free Barry was actually able to compete.

In your map overlay you show him traveling approximately 30 blocks. That is nowhere near 20miles. Also, it was mentioned that Savitar travels THROUGH the Speed Force therefore this would give him the illusion that he is traveling insanely fast. It's more like he is entering and exiting a portal... in the first appearance anyway.

that doesnt exactly work though, when savitar is running through the speedforce hes essentially travelling through a wormhole, when he goes from one point to another hes really just teleporting, like if i go through a wormhole here and end up in another galaxy, im not travelling the distance from here to that galaxy.

ya i get you, its not really a wormhole, hes just running in the speedforce, really what you need to do, assuming hes going as fast as he can, take one of the clips from when he re-enters central city with barry and use how far he travels and how much time it takes in relation to buildings around him and such.
you cant really do that because he takes time to stop and hurt barry so he doesn't have enough momentum to reach his top speed at that point

So it could balance barry's chances against him, but it wouldn't mean "defeating savitar".

True. but it also mean Savitar can safely run without his suit at least as fast as barry.
Plus, barry's time remnant erasure isn't necessary linked to "only the speed he was running"... There was a lot of additionnal energy than his own when it happened... Zoom's energy, the multiverse "doomsday machine"'s accumulated energy... So you can't rely 100% on that to get to this conclusion.
Maybe it only looked like he was in multiple places at once because the satellites couldn't keep up.

On the screen it's shown that savitar is in 3 locations at once because he is fast and the screen can't hold us with the information of his location.Lets say,because that's high end equipment,that's a 240Hz screen,that means it refreshes the frame ever 1/240th of a second and savitar is so fast that he covered that distance in one frame refreshing period.So he is 240 times faster than your calculation,22560 mach(22560 mach=7738080m/s).
Those are just assumptions,and even tho his speed is between those two calculations he is probably faster than 94 mach and slower than 22560 mach.

When you paused the video, Savitar was in more than one place at the same time. Doesn't that mean he is in quantum tunneling because he is so fast he is traveling through the speed force which allows him to be in more than one place at the same time. This means in this scene Savitar was probably traveling at light speed or even faster.

Hmm. Watching this scene made me remind of one thing. We all know that Savitar was fully released from the speed force "Prison" waaay AFTER his first debut in this video. Then technically how did he able to injure Allen physically while he was still trapped?
Michael Loreantz because he is still touchable and can tough anyone because the stone allowed him to do so, when the box was open and doctor alchemy was using it Savitar could physically be touched and he could hurt people too. But he wasn't able to feel things like the air or the ground.
When he is inside the speed force he is the fastest char in cw flash he has the power to take speed force from things and when his is inside the speed force he has almost infinite speed, while in the speed force he is unbeatable

Ok here is what I did, in the first scene savitar truly appears and Barry is chasing him At 1/8 speed savitar ran across the frame in 0.125 seconds while Barry takes 5.5 seconds to travel against the same frame. This makes Savitar (in the speed force) over 44 times faster than season 3 Barry as his speed is never fully stated we can assume he’s faster then Mach 3.3 of his season 2 counterpart so that makes savitar’s speed 111,407.48 mph at a minimum

That's wrong, Savitar wasn't going at mach 94. He just went into the speed force and came out to the real world repeatedly, that's why it showed him "teleporting" throughout the city. That's why it showed him running through a wormhole like thing. It said this somewhere in the flash. There is no way he can go that fast, at mach 94.
