  • On January 24, a ship called the Bana set sail from Turkey. Four days later the ship vanished from the radar. Where did it go? What was it carrying? And why does it matter?
BBC Africa Eye investigates secret arms shipments into Libya, and shows how foreign powers-in violation of UN resolutions-are fuelling a war that has brought misery to Libya’s people.

They do, you just don't care for the conflict or the others. You are here only because "Turkey" is in the title. If Russia, UAE, Saudi Arabia was in the title you wouldn't bother to watch. But when someone is calling out your precious Turkey and Erdogan for their illegal doings you get mad, not because you have a problem with illegal arms trade, no, you have a problem that only turkey is called out and the others who are doing the same aren't. You point fingers to other criminals while the entity you try to defend is a criminal as well. And in case you answer, the first thing you'll do is pointing the finger to yet another country, that they are doing the same and shouldn't call you out instead of just saying illegal arms trade is bad. You are a hypocrite as Erdogan is, but at least Erdogan is smart enough trying to hide his hypocrisy.

I think it would be easier for BBC to track weapons supplied to Libya from Egypt border, instead of tracking a few ghost ships in the huge Mediterranean by somehow using every military satellite around the world. Additionally, it was Turkey who made a ceasefire agreement possible with those weapons. Lastly, why cannot I see France and Italy in your map who started the Libyan war by carpet bombing Libya with their air and naval forces?

Recently, I have seen a movie called "Lord of War" and they have the best quotes such as these:
    First, the introductory scene -
"There are over 550 million firearms in worldwide circulation. That is one firearm for every 12 people on the planet. The only question is: How do we arm the other 11."
    Next, the dining scene -
"I had flair for languages. But I soon discovered that what talks best is dollars, dinars, drachmas, rubles, rupees, and pounds f...ing sterling."
So what can you say about this movie? I recommend watch it first. I believe you can relate to the news.
