Interesting TOSHIBA Traction Lifts :: 51 Cuppage Road.

What’s interesting about these lifts are the custom made “Cinema Halls NOW SEATING” like indicator panel in the lobbies! The panel displays the indicators and light bulbs with numbers that correspond to each lift cars, similar to a Cinema, the corresponding indicator lights up when the hall is ready for seating, in this case lift boarding when the button is pressed! I’ve never seen this before on a lift installation and it’s certainly a neat feature!
