Hi Steve really useful set of videos - this tip re linking the key to seat memory works well with one key for my 2024 RAV4 GR PHEV, (I’m in the UK) but I cannot get it to work for the second key - any tips on what might be preventing the second key from linking to the second seat memory - thanks. Regards David
Great video. My recent Honda CRV had this feature. When both of us were near the car, the seat would adjust to the person closer to the driver’s door. Do you have any tips on how to get the second key? After I purchased my Toyota, the dealership told me about the key chip shortage and only receiving one key until further notice.
What happens if you set both key fobs to each person and both key fobs are in the car at the same time. Does the seat just keep going back and forth cuz it's confused?
Hi Steve, do you know how to get the doors to stop unlocking when I only want to open the liftgate in the 2024 Venza Limited? Example: After the grocery store to load up the back all of the doors automatically unlock giving opportunity for an attacker. I've tried the door control settings under vehicle customize and no luck
That's a good question and I honestly don't know the answer. I stumbled on this feature and haven't tried to unlink it. It would seem easy enough though to simply change the seat setting or link the other key fob.
Thanks so much. I will try it today on my 23 Venza.

It works on the 2023 Highlander hybrid platinum!! Thank you
That’s good to know! I thought it would but couldn’t verify it

Unfortunately, no. Unlocking the rear hatch is equivalent to unlocking a back door which does unlock all of them
@@TrainerSteveClifford Thank you for your swift reply! I've been researching this issue for what feels like hours! Greetings from Toyota of Berkeley!😁
Venza LE does not have this option 😢
Correct. Only models that have memory seat positions
Hi steve, do you know how to undo this?

New subscriber here very informative. Please post a video if you tried how to unlink it. It would be very much appreciated 🙏
